Im Only Human

Part Seven

Crap. If Mason sees me he will literally kill me. "You cant hide from me. I know your there. There's no way you can escape." I know there's not a way out, but I have to try. I'm to young to die. So what I did was turned around and sprinted away from my hiding spot and away from mason. I know, it wasn't the best idea ever, but thats all I got.

My "Plan" was working very well, until I looked behind me to see if mason was there. I ran into a tree. Let me tell you, trees hurt bad when you run at them at 12 mph. Especially when the tree grabs you and punches you in the face when you hit it. Thats right, the tree is mason

"You dont know what you have done, Caree. I'm going to make this year hell for you. But right now, you are going to pay for this." He gestured to himself and then grabbed me by my shoulder blades and punched me in the face. It did hurt, but all it did was make me angry. Nobody ever comes out undamaged after I get angry.

I pummeled him to the ground,  hitting him repeatedly as I did so. But with just one more punch from him, everything went black.

Time Lapse

I felt myself slightly swaying as I woke up. I also felt a sharp pain in my shin, and screamed. Not like the 'ahhhhh' kind of scream, but a full out scream. The last time I screamed like that was about 7 years ago when my mom stabbed me in the arm. Yeah, my mom abused me, oh well. I don't care anymore.

"Shut up will ya? You don't want to wake up the whole school." Mason said. Wait what? Mason? Oh wait, duh. I forgot what happened earlier. 

"Why the CRAP are you carrying me?!?! Put me down right now." I whisper yelled at him stared at him with my death glare. Yep, I've got a death glare, deal with it. I actually think it intimidated him a little because he looked away from me and gulped. Ha, serves him right. 

"Oh trust me, I would gladly do it, but your shin is broken and I don't think you would be able to walk on it. And I figured I would be nice and carry you because I did break your leg. Consider it a gift." I couldn't help it, I just burst out laughing.

"Consider....it...a....gift? HA HA I cant believe you just said that right now!" I said in between laughs. But seriously, a gift? Thats just stupid.

"Well, I was just trying to be nice, but since you acted like that I'm going to make you walk back to school." He set me down and I screamed and fell on my butt. I looked up at mason, crossing my arms in front of my chest. "I told you." He said while picking me up again. "Now lets go to the nurses office."
