Star

You always brighten my day
Clearing out my clouds of grey
Telling me it's alright
Holding me tight

When we're together it's always a better day
You bring a smile to my face
No matter how I am that day

You make me feel complete
You make me feel wanted
No one has ever done that before
Not my mom or dad
But you some how managed that

You're a wonderful person
You broke down my wall
But you built them back up more open and better than before

You showed me the light
There was no need to fright
You're a delight
The light of my life

I hope your around with me forever
I'll love you forever and ever
No matter where you go
From state to state
To country to country
No matter what happens
I'll follow
You're my northern star

And don't think it's a one way street
I'll give you anything you need just like you did for me
I'll be your guiding light
Making sure you're alright

I'll tell you I love you every night
I'll squeeze you
As long as you do the same
I hope that we're together
That our love will shine bright
Like the start
