Understand

You understand your feeling
That's why you lash out
You're just expressing them
You shout and yell
And I can't tell your hurt
But you don't understand it hurts me as well

You go on and on
Telling me about it
And it's perfectly fine to feel that way
But you keep held to your chest
Please, give it a rest

You've been at once again
So loud you could topple towers
You tell me that I don't understand
I do
But when you act like this, it makes sick
I understand but you don't understand what it does to me

I worry for you
How long before you can understand that this is not a good thing for you
Me
Just let it go and rest
I understand your mad
I understand your sad
But you're sick
You can't keep doing this
You say I don't understand but I do!
Not you!

So please let it go
For you
For me
For all of us
It hurts I know
But it take you if don't let it go
Let go away
Never let it cross your mind again
For God's sake
Let it fucking end
Kill it and leave
Or else you'll lose everything
So when I tell you that I understand, I do
I want you be happy but that won't happen unless you move on
I hope you understand
