Akaniae's POV

I was shaking so hard I thought I was having a seizure or something. But the weird thing is I was asleep... I think. I was barely waking up when I suddenly felt someone shaking me. Thinking it was one of the stupid nurses, I grabbed their throat, slamming them down on the ground so hard I could've killed them. "Ouch, bitch," I heard Serenity say. I almost killed my best friend! I stared at her, shocked. Wow... and the Best Friend Of The Year award goes to me. Note the sarcasm. "Oh my god, Seren," I say, jumping up quickly, pulling her into a tight hug. "Once again, ow," she said, laughing. "Why the hell are we here?" I ask, confused and annoyed. "I'm not sure... but I know for a fact we have to get out," she says, both of us standing up. As I looked around, I noticed that we were in a small room with only two beds and two nightstands. There was also a small bathroom with basic things inside. A shower and the soap and two toothbrushes with one tube of toothpaste. That's kind of gross... I notice a small window to my right, and I walk to the window. It had bars in front of it. "They think we are crazy," I say softly, deciding to go to the main door, and looking out the window that was on the door. "The only way we would even be crazy is because they put us in here when we're not fucking crazy!" Serenity suddenly yelled, hitting the door. I curse softly to myself, trying to control my anger. "Serenity, stop. They will screw us over!" I shout, trying to make some sense out of the situation. "I'm going to kill them!" Serenity screams, tears running down her face. Suddenly the door was thrown open and a bunch of male nurses surround us. One of them ran at me, pinning me against the wall. At this point, I was furious. "LET US GO YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES!" I scream, kicking and flailing, trying to get out of his grasp. I finally manage to escape after kicking him where the sun doesn't shine. We then take off running out of the room, but stopping when more nurses surround us. "Look girls, if you just calm down and take your meds, we can get you help," Nurse Bitch says. "Screw you, Roufus!" Serenity snaps at her and she glares, going towards Serenity. I gave the nurse the deadliest glare, when a nurse grabbed me. "Hey... calm down. Just take the meds, and this will all go away," he whispered into my ear. He sounded like he was trying to seduce me. And to make matters worse, I could feel his hands going up my stomach, stopping at my chest. That set me off. In one swift move, I grab him by the head, flipping him over me. I look around and see a pair of surgical scissors. I grab them, plunging them into his throat. Another nurse tried to grab me, but before she could, I stabbed her as well. I wipe the sweat off my forehead, looking at Serenity. Taking in the scene in front of me, I made a horrifying realization. Serenity and I just murdered people. "What. What's happening to me?" I hear Serenity mumble before falling to the ground, sobbing and rocking back and forth like a small child. I hear footsteps running down the hall. I grab the scalpel out of her hand and stand by her, waiting to see what happened next. As soon as the door opened, a weird sound, almost like a snarl, escaped my lips. What the fuck? I glared at the nurses in front of me, holding up my weapons. What I didn't know, however, is that there was a door behind me. Before I had time to react, a familiar stinging sensation came over me. I felt a burning sensation in my arm and I cried out in pain. Whatever this was, it wasn't having a very good effect on me. I fall to the ground, screaming and crying. My arm felt like it was on fire or in a pool of lava. I wasn't going down like this. I shakily got to my feel, grabbing my scalpel. I open my eyes slowly, looking around. There was a nurse right in front of me. He was holding a syringe. "You," I said, venom in my voice. His face went completely white. I grabbed him by the throat, ignoring the searing pain radiating throughout my body, and slammed him on one of the medical tables, feeling him struggle under my deadly grip. I then squeezed his throat tighter, deciding this time to just strangle him. I watched the life drain from his eyes. He was still breathing though. "Ugh this is too slow," I say quietly. I grab him, twisting his head. A satisfying "SNAP" echoed throughout the room. As he fell to the ground, another sharp pain went through my body, but this time, I was too tired to protest and let the darkness consume me.

"Some people never learn, do they?" a dNia voice said. I lift my head slightly, trying to open my eyes. "W.. what?" I said groggily, trying to adjust my eyes to the dNianess I was in. "You know what I mean, Nia. your... friend," the voice spat as if the word was poison on his tongue. "I d-don't know what you mean... how do you know my name?" I ask wearily, looking around. "I know more than you will ever know... but, here's something I do know... never... EVER underestimate us!" he shouted angrily. I start shaking uncontrollably, feeling an excruciating pain go through my body. Worse than anything I had ever felt in my entire life. I let out a blood curdling scream, pouring all of my pain into that scream. I suddenly feel hands on my throat, tightening with each passing second. "Wake up," I heard it say softly. "Wake up..."

"WAKE UP!" a voice shouted at me, waking me from whatever that was. I gasp, sitting straight up, trying to grab my throat. I couldn't get any air in once again and fall on my back violently as a seizure shook my body. After a while I finally stop and I can get a good breath of air. I cough as the cold air suddenly fills my lungs. I look around and realize I'm in some random room I've never seen before. There was one window and one bed. Off to the side was a counter with a sink and a toothbrush and toothpaste. There wasn't even a private bathroom. There was a wall with a toilet on it. I try to stand up, but my feet don't move. I then try to move my arms, but can't. I look at my hands and see that I'm cuffed to the bed. Anxiety kicks in and I start screaming loudly, tears streaming down my face. A nurse comes into the room and my anxiety snaps to fury. "UNCUFF ME YOU FUCKING BITCH!" I scream at her, seeing her start to shake and then run out of the room. "GET BACK HERE!!" I yell, thrashing around. A sound from my right causes me to stop what I'm doing and look towards the noise. A doctor approaches cautiously, putting something in the IV bag that was next to me. I didn't even know that was in here. I suddenly feel like my eyes weigh a million pounds. I try my best to fight against it, but then I'm forced to lay back down on the bed as darkness consumes me once again, taking me back to who knows where.
