Regina's failure

Time lapse... (A month)

It has been a month since Regina and I had made changes in our life. We had decided to put Luka first and then put us after him. We had started to focus on communication as well as make new rules and put them forth and in action to keep us bounded. It was hard for the both of us but somehow we managed to make it work.

Only thing we had been fighting on lately is that Regina hasn't been attending sessions with Archie. Archie was trying his best to make time for her but Regina never showed or made an attempt to. This is starting to reflect her work and behavior because she doesn't allow herself to be opened.

Between my job and hers we could never had benefit from the joy that Luka had brought us. It was like the trip that brought all of us smiles had never happened. Also Alex had called a few weeks ago to tell me that Regina is heading to prison if she doesn't show this month in Archie sessions and there will be no trial.

I had told Regina that we needed to go and she told me no. I then asked her what was she so afraid of and she said nothing. So not only my wife is lying to me, she is also hiding something from me and I need to find out what.

Today, I had left Luka with my partner Jane and Maura to trail my wife in hopes to see that nothing is wrong and to sooth my fears. As I was trailing Regina, I saw that she was heading to a cemetery. She also had flowers in her hands like she was praying for an advice. It saddens me to know that she was hurting.

As I turned to leave Regina alone and go back to get my son. I saw that a few cops in uniform had came to arrest her. Since I didn't have my uniform on and I didn't have my badge I went home.

Forgetting about Luka, I woke up with a sweat and went back to grab my son only to find out that he was at social services. Jane and Maura both felt bad because this was out of the Boston's jurdiction. I knew that I had to hurry and save my family. But the question is how.

I then called Alex and she said that I can get Luka now but Regina had to serve time for a few days and she will be let out. I went to the DHR office and got my son back while hoping that Regina will be safe.

For now I have chosen to take Regina out of jail and to place her in a rehab center for a week to help her relive some of the stress she was going through. As well as hoping she will get the help she needs within Archie.

I was determined to win back my family as a whole.
