"Do you think bears can sense emotions?" Kevin ask randomly, Jacob turning his head to look at the younger.
"What do you mean? Like dogs?" He wondered, tilting his head slightly. Kevin nodded as an answer and the two sat to think for a minute.
"I don't know, but why?" Jacob finally said. Kevin shrugged.
"Eh, I just said what I was thinking."
"Okay, but why bears? Or any animal for the matter." Jacob questioned, Kevin smiling.
"I don't know; Bears are cool." Kevin retorted, Jacob nodding as he looked outside the window.
"It is way too early for this." He muttered, the car jostling him back and for as it turned. The rest of the group was around them, randomly talking about themselves or singing along to the radio.
The 12 of them had decided that they would go on a day long beach trip and just hang around and eat to enjoy themselves. Sangyeon was driving in the front while Juyeon was in the passenger side to give him directions.
They made a collective decision to leave at 5 in the morning, so they could have an all day trip. They had all packed different things the night before, including a cooler full of food and drinks.
The drive wouldn't be too long, allowing them to maximize the amount of time they stayed out. "Only a little longer everyone." Sangyeon called out, Juyeon nodding to confirm. There was only a series of tired cheers from the other 10 boys.
After another five minutes, the car parked and everyone was suddenly a little more awake. "We are here." Sangyeon said, unbuckling his seat belt. Juyeon did as well, and soon the others were all ready to start their long day.
The all grabbed their bags, chairs or whatever they ended up bringing. Sangyeon had the cooler of food, while Jacob agreed to hold his bag. Together, they all found a spot they liked and sent up towels, chairs, blankets and everything. The sun was now in the sky and it made the sand warm under their toes.
"Okay, who is going in the water first?" Chanhee asked, the rest turned to him.
"You." Haknyeon smirked, running over and throwing Chanhee over his shoulder. The others started laughing, watching as Haknyeon walked over and got deep enough in the water that he could throw Chanhee under without the older getting hurt.
"He does realize that he technically went into the water first, right?" Sunwoo asked, the others nodding while they continued to watch. Haknyeon threw Chanhee in the water before turning around and running back to the rest.
"I went in the water first but he went under." Haknyeon said, smiling. He looked behind him and saw Chanhee swimming back to the sand.
"JU HAKNYEON I WILL HURT YOU!" He yelled, Haknyeon running behind the first person he saw. It just so happened to be Kevin.
"Hey, don't hide behind me. This is your fault, plus he can't really hurt you." Kevin reasoned, pushing Haknyeon out from behind him. The others laughed as Chanhee walked over and slapped him on the arm.
"Ow, that hurt so much." Haknyeon said in a monotonous voice. The other laughed while Chanhee just huffed and walked to grab his towel.
The others started to actually prepare themselves for the water. Putting on sunscreen/sunblock, or in Juyeon's case taking off his shirt.
"Ooohhhh!" Jaehyun teased, Juyeon only rolling his eyes. The others laughed and continued whatever they were doing. After about 10 minutes, they were all either waiting for their sunscreen to dry or decided on if they wanted to play a game.
