sevyn stood in front of the door with her suitcases on either side of her.
she saw kyree calling , but she chose to put her phone on silent. the first step to getting over him was not falling for his pretty boy talk.
she rung the doorbell , and about two minutes later , the door opened.
" c'mon. i got yo stuff , " the guy said moving to let sevyn come in.
" thanks , " she said softly. the guy came in after her and sat her stuff down. they stared at each other before sevyn broke down crying. the guy immediately embraced her and hugged her close.
" you can talk to me if you want , " he said kissing her on the forehead. sevyn held on even tighter to him and tried to calm her breathing down.
" naz , i'm scared , " she said hiding her face in his chest to keep him from seeing her cry.
" you need to tell me what happened. you know you haven't texted me in months. like close to a year ; ion know what the hell been going on then outta nowhere you text me for a place to stay. like wassup ? "
" you remember kyree ? "
naz's face turned stone. " it's hard not to , but yea. "
" we broke up , but he called me a bitch. it was so much going on that i just packed my stuff and left. i couldn't think of nowhere else to go but here. "
" and what made you think you was gonna be welcomed here after what happened with us ? " naz asked.
" i don't know , but i'm here now. i really don't have nowhere to go. "
" sevyn chill. you know i gotchu , " naz said hugging her tight.
" thank you , " she said hugging him back. " i just wanna lay down. i'm tired. "
" i gotchu , " naz said gesturing for her to follow him. he lead her to the guest room and left back out to get her suitcases.
he brought the suitcases back and sat them at the end of the bed.
" naz , wait , " sevyn said before walking out.
" what ? "
" i'm sorry for everything. i'm starting a new life. somebody really helped me with that. "
naz smirked and grabbed the doorknob. " i always felt you would , " he said closing the door leaving sevyn in the room by herself.
she hopped in the bed and laid down. she put her phone on the dresser and decided to take a nap.

ethan drove home in silence. all he did was think about kyree and riqo. he did feel for sevyn , but he didn't really care.
he pulled into his building's parking lot. the first thing he noticed was that nick's car still there. nick had told him he was going to see hope.
" the fuck , " ethan said getting out and going in his apartment. he went into his room and heard the bathroom door open. out came nick with only a towel wrapped around his waist.
ethan raised an eyebrow. " nick ? "
nick just turned around. " what ? "
" why you still here ? thought you went to see hope." ethan asked jumping on his bed and getting on his phone.
" nah , i didn't want to. think i might cut her off. "
ethan looked at nick then back at his phone. " uh , why ? why all of a sudden ? "
" i don't like what me and her got anymore , but then at the same time she's so happy. "
" i got it , but are you happy tho ? " ethan asked trying his best to not sound so concerned.
" nah , not really. i don't wanna keep playing her anymore. it's messing up some other relationships. "
ethan looked up from his phone confused. " what other relationships ? "
" me and you for starters. we don't hang out as much because i leave to go see her. "
all ethan said was " oh " , and he went back to his phone.
" oh ? that's it ? that's all you have to say ? " nick asked ethan. he really thought ethan would actually care , but he believed he thought wrong.
nick's face turned red at ethan's dry reaction. he quickly grew angry and walked out of the room slamming the door behind him.
ethan sat up on his bed just thinking.
" NICK ?! " he called out. ethan got no response. so he followed the path nick took. nick's stuff was sitting in living room , but now it was sitting by the door.
" nick. bro , where are you going ? " ethan asked as nick pulled his shirt over his head. nick was just wearing a plain white t-shirt with joggers and all white air forces.
" doesn't matter , " nick said brushing past him and grabbing his two bags.
" bro , you just leaving for no reason. this shit is dumb , " ethan said getting a little loud.
" guess i'll be dumb by myself then , " nick said walking out the door and going to his car.
" i'll come back when i'm ready ; i guess , " nick said getting in the car and driving off.
