There is the entirety of earth's goverments and then you have the Children of Sol,
which is that merry band of militaristic misfits that banded together to defend earth
But that's not all
You have the irken empire which is only held up by the competent minority as shown in the show and then there's the Resisty
The exact opposite of the irken empire in terms of goals and what not but just as incompetent
Then there's an even smaller rebel group primarily made up of rebellious irkens that is a little more competent but doesn't have many capabilities due to its size and has yet to be noticed by the human misfits or the resisty
A few AHEM very corrupt humans also wouldn't hesitate to throw humanity under the bus if it helped them not stick their head out,they are a very small league with a large and corrupt network full ot connections
Everyone has their own problems but Humanity has a whole new one that most people don't realize that it exists
