My fingers tremble as I put the phone down.
"What's wrong Laura?" Jenna asks.
I reach over and grab Ross's hand, I took his face and brought him closer.
"I'll explain to you in the car, but we have to leave now." I whispered into his ear.
Ross looked over at Jenna, "um, sorry jenn. Laura isn't feeling too well so I think I'll just take her home." Ross explained.
Jenna nodded, "alright! I'll see you guys soon hopefully." She said getting up and collecting the papers.
Ross walked me to the car and I buckled my seatbelt, "Ross.. She's helping Riker."
"Laura if you don't like Jenna-"
"Ross I'm serious. I saw her text messages, she's going to California to get him out," I explained. Ross's eyes struck with disbelief.
Ross's pov-
You mean this whole time.. Jenna.. Jenna was helping my backstabbing brother. For the past last years.. She was hiding this.
I can't handle the pain anymore. Ever since I moved over here to protect my family and just get away from him.
All my life, I've been tortured with his stupid comments and everything he's a horrible person. I hide my feelings from the person i love. I promised Laura a better life.
And I love her with all my heart.
And I can't let Jenna let that savage out of prison when he deserves to stay in that cell.
"Well, looks like we're going back to California."

Laura's pov-
I packed my stuff and Angeline came up behind me, "Mommy, where you going ?" She asked.
I laughed and picked her up, "I'm going to a new place with daddy. Actually, an old place," I explained.
"Can I come too?" She asked.
"No honey. I'm sorry." I said stroking her hair. I pulled her to me and hugged her.
"I love you all so much." I said with a year escaping my eye.
"I love you too mommy."
Ross took my bag to the truck. Rydel passed me Alex for the goodbyes for a few days.
"You be good, okay?" I asked both of them. They both nodded and hugged me. "Watch your little brother." I said.
I held Alex in my arm, "I've never left him before." I said.
"It's okay Laura. I'll take care of him," she said hugging me and taking Alex.
Me and Ross mounted into the car and he started to drive.
In the airport, Jenna sends me a message
"aye laura! When I come back from my trip, we should so hang out!" It read.
My fingers strugglers to type:
Where are you going ?
I needed to make sure we weren't just going because oh there's someone else named Riker that she's breaking out, no.
Jennaxmarie: oh, I'm going to cali.
Of course.
The plane lands in Los Angeles, California.
I miss it here.
"Laura, what do you think ?" He asked. "It's just as beautiful as we left it." I said.
Sunny, gorgeous California.
Jenna was breaking him out tomorrow. So now we just have to wait.
