Riker scoffs, "you can leave."

"No! I'm tired of you making fun of me and Ross! What happened to the old Riker? The fun one, who can rock the bass and be funny and the sweetheart of the family?" I ask.

"I'm-"

"Save it.. I don't know you anymore,"

I ran out of there. I love Ross and it's all that matters. I ran to his arms. "I'm. Sorry." I said through my tears. "What's wrong..?" He asked.

"I made a mistake! 7 years ago! I shouldn't have left. I should've never ran off to New York!" I said.

"Why are you telling me this now?" Ross asked.

"Because! Riker wouldn't be this way if I had stayed! Maybe if Ness had stayed if we both did!" I said.
Ross started to shake his head, "Vanessa leaving has nothing-"

"No but it does! Don't you get it? Riker was in love with Vanessa but she moved. But she only moved a city.. I moved across the country." I explained.
Ross pulled me into his arms embracing me with a tight grip.

I buried my face in his shoulder and my tears wet his shirt. He patted my head. This is the Ross I remember. The 18 year old with such a big heart, who hated me so much at first.

But then, fell in love with me.

Although 25 years have passed, he still can be the same. The same Ross I fell in love with.

Ratliff..oh Ratliff. Where are you now?

"Wait, where's Ratliff? I never noticed.."

"He's not in L.A Anymore. He lives in Florida." Ross explained. Rocky lives here in l.a. With his wife. Riker of course, still single, Rydel told me it's her 5 year anniversary with Jason. They live here too.

Ryland lives in Napa Valley. In California near the vineyards.

We're so scattered.

I'm so suprised that Vanessa and Leo (invented a name for the guy that plays Emmett on switched at birth) dated. But of course..him being deaf didn't work out.

I love looking at the past. How happy we used to be, all together.
Now, we've never been so further apart.
I miss our lives.


I remember when we filmed the show and Ross and I thought we were in love, but we were. Of course, not love at first sight. I grew to love him so much..and him as well towards me.


I'm looking forward to our life together.

The new one.
