It had been several days since the escape from the palace. Luna and Sombra found themselves in a cave. They made themselves at home, neither had said it but they were both thinking it. Celestia was crazy, and she would force the kingdom to it's knees, if they didn't do anything.
Luna was out and it seemed like the perfect time to do some thinking. Sombra sat quietly in the dark cave alone, what could be done. Soon Equestria would be lost and there was nothing they could do. Or so he thought.
While in the midst of his thinking he heard a loud screech it was Luna! Sombra jumped to his hooves, and headed for the river. After dashing through trees he saw the river water, had been replaced with blood.
Luna, frozen in terror, was helpless. Her eyes screamed 'HELP ME' but her mouth was a gape and showed no signs of moving. The red thick liquid shown in streaks through her hair and in dark patches on her coat.
A loud chuckle thundered above. Sombra looked up and his eyes rested upon "Discord" Sombra snarled under his breath.
"Oh, aren't you a sight for sore eyes!" Discord's voice was creaking with laughter.
With a snap of his fingers the blood was gone and water rushed against Luna once again. She looked up at him with hate and relief. As the relief left her face a new expression shown. Wheels turned and turned in her head, horror and hope spread across her face.
"I have an idea" Luna said looking up at the last Lord of Chaos and Sombra. They questioned her with their eyes and she continued. "Discord, I assume you've come to us because you've heard of my sister." she waited for a sign that he was fallowing and continued yet again " I know how we can stop her, I need to pay a visit to some old friends."
