Lefty's Pov,
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE'S MISSING?!" Nedbear screamed. After Molten calmed down, we both decided it would have been best for the others to know as well. So after turning each on, we gathered them in the main room. Each had their own reactions. Most were shocked, others were panicked. But Nedbear's reaction was the most surprising. The normally calm, and loving bear animatronic was now visibly shaking with anger.
"Nedbear please calm down!" Happy Frog pleaded, obvious fear in her eyes. It was so strange to see him like this. "NO! How can Brien be missing?! I can't just accept that!" Despite the anger in his voice there was still sadness laced in as well. It was no secret that Nedbear was Brien's favorite animatronic. I guess we never realized how much the animatronic cared for the human as well.
"We need to find him!" Ballora stated, standing up. She looked as if she were a soldier getting ready to fight in a war. Her metal face scrunched in determination. Baby stood as well, latching herself onto her mother's leg. "But why would anyone take Brien in the first place?" I really didn't want to tell the little girl. She didn't need to know. But Molten thought differently. "Baby. Afton took Brien. He doesn't need a reason."
The clown child buried her face into Ballora's calf. "But why Brien? What did he do?" Ballora placed her hand in her child's hair. "I don't know sweetie. I doubt he did anything. It's just William being the terrible person he is." The pizzeria seemed to become really quiet. It seemed as if each one of us were contemplating the ballerina's words. No Brien didn't do anything. He didn't deserve this.
Suddenly Foxy stood on the table, a hand on his hip. "So, how are we gonna save him?" His voice was so determined. As if speaking to a crew. "Because there is no way we aren't gonna save him!" I couldn't help the small smile that curled on my non existent lips.Even now, these guys were willing to do whatever for their owner. "Well, we first need to figure out were Springtrap is." Mr.Hippo said while scooting closer to Orville.
Helpy jumped up. "Leave that to me! I can track anyone, or anything!" With that said the small bear ran out of the room, into the lobby. Molten sighed. "I'm going to go help her." He grumped. It was odd to see Molten wanting to help. But I guess it showed just how much he actually cared about Brien. Nobody disagree as he slithered out of the room. I kinda wish I went with him.
"Uh, right! Once we find his location we need a plan of attack! So any ideas?" Foxy asked. Funtime Chica rolled her eyes. "Shouldn't we wait until we find out where he is first? If we make a plan based on nothing, it will absolutely fail." The two began to argue. The others butting in every once in awhile. I scanned the room. It was nice. We were all determined on one goal. Working, somewhat, together.
My yellow eyes landed on a small form sitting behind Security Puppet. "Balloon Boy, are you ok?" I called walking over to the dou. He didn't look at me. Just hid his face more into the tall being. "He's scared." The puppet said. "He thinks Brien is gonna die." I couldn't believe my ears. Once again my mechanical heart ached. "No, he won't die. Come here kiddos." Without any effort, I picked up the animatronic boy.
He clung to my neck. Burying his face into the collar bone. I'm sure that if he could, he would be crying. "Listen here kid. Brien is strong. He may be skin and bones, but he won't go down easily." A sniffle escaped Balloon Boy's voice box. "But what if..." "No buts. Brien won't die. Because we won't let him. We will protect him." El Chip walked over, ruffling the kids hair. "Si Chico de globo. Brien is gonna be ok." The kid sniffed again. And despite the circumstances, I couldn't wipe the grin at the sight of the now dozing kid. Ya, this was nice.
