"Here, let's share the blanket." Reece suggested softly, pulling the cover over in to Luke's lap.

"What? And hear you complain when I take too much?" Luke scoffed and threw the blanket off of him. "I ain't falling for that, sucker."

"Fine, be cold." Reece shrugged.

The damn heating in Luke's apartment had gone and Luke refused to stay at Reece's nice warm flat. So Reece was sucking it up and staying at Luke's place, it was freezing, and Luke didn't want to god damn cuddle. Luke got in to little moments where he couldn't stand human contact, and usually Reece would just give him his space until he got too needy and crawled right back in to Reece's lap.

"I'm cold," Luke said softly, not looking away from the tv screen.

"I'm not."

Luke pouted, "I'm cold."

"That's nice."

"Reece, I am fucking cold."

Reece sighed dramatically, "your options are, you cuddle me for warmth, you share this damn blanket with me, or, we go to my place."

Luke huffed through his nose, "fine, let's go to yours."

Reece smiled, standing up, "I'll go pack your stuff, you get Petunia and Mal ready and then we can go hey? Get a pizza on the way." He looked down at Luke, who frowned a little bit. "Why are you frowning baby?"

"Because I wanna hug you because you're so nice but I might vomit if I do." Luke said and his eyes met Reece's, "also I complain a lot, so I'm sorry."

Reece shrugged, brushing it off, "it's okay, you whine a lot and I'm used to it, and I'm fine with your touchy thing."

Luke grinned, "you're too soft."

"I know, can I kiss your forehead?"

Luke nodded and Reece dipped down and pressed a quick and soft kiss to Luke's head, his eyes closing at the feeling. "Love you." Reece said and left the living room, going to the bedroom and packing up some of Luke's clothes. When he came back, the dogs were on their leads, ready for the short car trip. Reece smiled at him, Luke grinning in return, "so pizza?"

"Yep." Reece said, they turned off the lights, locked the door behind them and went downstairs to Reece's car. "You need me to drive you to work tomorrow?"

"Sure, I can walk home after though."

"Nonsense, I'll come pick you up."

They got their pizza and went to Reece's flat, his flatmate was already in his bedroom so they settled on the sofa, sitting opposite ends, but the blanket covering them both, the dogs hiding beneath the blankets.

Luke finished off a slice of pizza, and glanced at Reece, watching his face, seeing the cute bump in his nose. Luke hummed softly, which got Reece's attention and he turned his head towards his boyfriend, "what?" Reece asked.

"Nothing." Luke smiled, looking away.

Reece snorted, "smooth Luke."

"Shut up."

"You think I'm pretty huh?"

"Shut it Reece."

Reece snorted.

Luke shook his head, smiling softly. He tugged the blanket a little more over his knees, making Reece huff, "Okay I'm gonna have a problem with the blanket stealing."

"I told you!!"
