Roses are red

Violets are blue

You said you loved me

but that wasn't true

Lie to me, yell at me

Tell me I'm fake

Why can't you see?

See past my mistakes

Forever blue, forever sad

All these emotions I can't contain

Forever broken, forever mad

These emotions I seem to maintain

You're the cat, call me the mouse

Caught in a game of chasing around

You always leave when I enter the house

But I follow, might as well drown

You were mine

and I was yours

You weren't kind

So I left out your door
