So every now and then I am asked what are the best Yuri anime I have watched.
Not only that but I am constantly out on the hunt for some new Yuri anime and have asked several people I know if they know of any.

Not sure if this is a lie or not but I'm hoping its true! I haven't read the manga but I did read like a sneak peak of it. Can anybody tell me if there really making this into an anime?
And can anybody tell me where I can read this for free or if anybody has posted it here on Wattpad? All I know is the name which is Fragtime it's other name flag time.
