"Ha ha ha." he says sarcastically.
"It wasn't meant to be funny." I laugh. "Then why are ya laughing?"
"Beeeecauzzze." I poke him in the chest. "Hey, I gotta go, will I see you later?" I ask. "Maybeeee.." he says. "Alright peace." I give him a peace sign. "Peace!" he returns the sign.
I walk into class with my mom trailing behind. "Hi there! I'm Katie Kraver, and you are?" the tall smiley woman asks, shaking my moms hand. "I'm Paige, and this is Cassandra. She goes by Cass or Cassie usually. "Cool. Come in, come in!" I take a deep breath and walk in.
