Making Decisions (Book Three in the Aerlinniel's Secret Series)

Chapter 1: Evil

Aerlinniel POV

My eyes open to a new day and I felt happy for a split second, before reality came crashing down on me. I have been taken by my uncle, Lithôniel. And I have no idea if my sister, or Legolas, are safe.

“She's awake!" I hear someone yell.

“Alright, then do what I told you to do." Lithôniel tells him.

“Yes, my Lord."

I hear him walk over to me. And then all of the sudden I'm being forced to drink some odd tasting liquid. I was starting to have trouble breathing, but he finally stopped. I was hit on the back of the head and I fell into a deep sleep.

I open my eyes to see the waterfall again. I wonder what's going to happen in my dream this time. I start hearing voices and they sound familiar. My eyes go wide in recognition of who they are. I turn around to see if I can see anyone, but all that is there, is darkness and the voices.

“How come you lie to me? You are the worst friend ever, and I never want to see your face again." That was Legolas.

“Legolas!" I call out to the darkness. “Why do you say such things to me?"

“You should know very well. Nin gwerianneg! Novaer, Aerlinniel. (You betrayed me! Farewell, Aerlinniel)"

I call out his name a few time, but he does not answer. I hear another voice.

“Why, Aerlinniel? Why?" This time it is Faelwen.

“Why, what?" I ask her.

“Why did you leave me? Why did you not come find me? Do you know why I needed you?"

“I'm so sorry Faelwen. I hope you will forgive me. Why did you need me?"

“EDRAITH ENNI! (TO SAVE ME)" She yells at me.

I try not to start crying as I tell her, “I am so sorry,Faelwen."

I wait and she says nothing. “Faelwen?"

Another voice whispers in the darkness. “Aerlinniel."

“Gandalf?" I say.

“Aerlinniel, Man agoreg? (What did you do?)" He asks, his voice sad and hurt.

“Nothing, Gandalf! I didn't do anything! I Promise. What's going on?"

"I am very disappointed in you."

After a couple minutes, I know he's not going to say anything more. Another voice starts talking.

"How could you, Aerlinniel? I trusted you."

"Elarinya? Why are you crying, what's wrong? You can trust me, I promise you." I tell her as the tears fall down my face."

"I thought you loved me. Why are you on his side? Why did you turn evil?

"But Elarinya I-" She does not let me finnish my sentence.

"No, no more lies! Goodbye, Aerlinniel. I hope you're happy with what you've done.

"WHAT IS GOING ON?" I yell to no one in particular.

"You are evil now." Lithôniel tells me.

"No, I'm not." I say to him, "I would never be evil!"

"You soon will be. Tolo, govano nîn! (Come, join me!)"

"AVON! (I WON"T)" I yell at him.

"Govano nîn. (Join me)" He tells me again.

"Û! (NO!)" That's the last thing I say as my actual self, as I fall into darkness. Little did I know what was happening and that it would be a while before I am myself again.

Sorry for all of the questions! :) And I am also VERY sorry about not updating. It was not saving and I almost lost everything that I wrote, but luckily I didn't loose anything, so YAY. I hope to update again within the next few days!!! :D
