It was nearly ten at night when your phone lit up in the darkness and started ringing obnoxiously. You brought your covers over your head in hopes that maybe the caller would stop. Once it did, you sighed in relief only to groan with aggravation as it started ringing again.

You threw your covers off and grabbed your phone from your night stand. You squinted at the brightness of your screen, scowling when you saw that it was Felix, your best friend.

"This better be good, Lix," you grumbled before answering the phone. "What do you want?"

"Y/N, finally! It's about time," Felix's deep voice rung through the phone. Your eyebrows furrowed at his words. You just wanted to go back to bed. "You down for a race?"

Your mood perked and you sat up a bit in your bed. "That was a dumb question. You know I'm always down for a race."

"Ah, all right. Get your cute ass out of bed and get down here then," Felix replied.

"I'll be there soon," you answered him then you hung up and tossed your phone onto your bed. You forced yourself out of the covers then got dressed in all black. Then you grabbed your phone and keys and headed out.

This happened frequently. Felix would call you at late hours and ask if you wanted to race. And, of course, you never turned down the opportunity to race. Obviously, street racing was risky and completely illegal. But you just couldn't help yourself. You loved racing.

It didn't take long for you to reach your destination. Cars aligned the streets, music blasting from their speakers. It was so loud that you could feel the vibrations from the bass. A lot of people looked your way and cheered. A small smirk grew onto your lips knowingly and you continued driving up the street.

"Ah, there she is!" Felix said as you pulled up and you couldn't help but roll your eyes at him.

There were two other cars parked along the start up line. There were really nice and you knew that there was more than fifty grand under each hood. You slowed down to a stop and stepped out of your car.

"We're still waiting for Han to show up," Felix told you and you nodded. You looked over at your opponents, who were both looking at you.
