The screen flickers on. The small vampire's eyes widen as the catchy tune of the glamsterdam news channel filled his ears.

"Mumma! Mumma!" The child cried out. "Mumma!" He ran into the other room, where his mother was alone by her bed, nose deep in a book.

The mother raised her head. "What is it child?" Her calming voice did nothing to soothe the excited child. "The news came on Mumma! It might be an update on that strong girl!" To this, the mother's eyes widened as well. "Well then, let us see."

The mother vampire and her child came over to see the news just in time for the first story to start.

On the screen, a tall anthropomorphic gryphon tidied up their desk before facing the camera. "The so called 'Strongest Human in the Wayne' has recently been granted a new space in the Glamsterdam Coliseum." The child began to jump in his seat, only to be stopped by his mother's hand. "She has so far not been beaten by any challenger who has come to her; it seems every time another battle ends, the large crowds growing in the Coliseum cheer louder."

The vampire child turned to his mother with the brightest look on his face. "Mumma, can we go to the Coliseum? I wanna see that Human Girl so bad!" The child silently made puppy-dog eyes at her mother, to which she responded with a sigh. "It might be full already baby, but we'll see what we can do." The child and his mother got up and left their small apartment, turning the TV and lights off as they left and leaving the tiny place dark and quiet.

-------

Bright lights are shining out of the Coliseum, Shining lights on swarms of flying W.P. from the Tiniest baby Squidjits to the Largest, most ancient ones. Camps of Flutterskulls and So many Solar Moths that it looked like clouds were forming above the place. Inside the Coliseum, it was even more crowded, With every portion of every space in the seats was filled with Vampires and W.P. of every size. But, as crowded as the seats were, the center of the Coliseum, where the show was meant to take place, was completely empty.

Then the gate opened towards one of the ends of the Coliseum's floor, and Julia Wiles walked out. With a cup of coffee in her hands that she sipped the last of, and then dropped on the floor. The sound the crowd made was nearly deafening.

Julia took a small microphone out of her purse and held it to her mouth. "Now, Who's next?" Her voice echoed through the Coliseum and into the ears of the crowd. Julia put the microphone back in her purse before talking a bit to herself. "The sound system here is pristine, I should ask the crew what tech they used." She said as the gate opposite to her opened, and a Basilisk came out, A creature 300 Times Julia's size with a snake head, neck, and tail, as well as a bird's torso, legs and wings.

The Basilisk charged towards her with great speed. Opening its wings and its mouth to reveal a pair of long, sharp fangs. As threatening as it seemed, Julia stood in front of it with barely any reaction, all she seemed to do is move a bit in place and bend her knees. When the great beast close to where she was, she jumped in the air, far above the full height of the Basilisk, and landed square on it's back.

The beast screeched in response to the human on its back and took off in flight. Julia began to climb towards one of its wings and when she got there, she began ripping out its flight feathers each time the wing came up. As one of its wings lost its feathers, the Basilisk began to lose balance in the air, Julia responded buy climbing up to its snake head. She knew that because Basilisks were born with a glance that kills anything it looks at, that their eyes are sewn shut as babies.

When she got to its head, she grabbed onto the stitches on the eyes and pulled, causing the beast great pain. The compromised balance combined with this pain caused the beast to fall from the air, it landed with a loud Thump and a large dust cloud. When that dust cloud retreated, Julia stood atop the fallen Basilisk triumphantly.
