Gracie POV

I wake up to the sounds of footsteps pounding in the halls. It's time. I peek out my window and see that the sun hasn't come up yet. I wear black jeggings, black combats, and a black shirt. Cher wakes up at the sound of my commotion. "It's time isn't it?" she asks. I nod and carry her out of the room. I see Luis emerge from the staircase. "Get everyone suited up and armed with weapons. Make sure children and the woman that don't wish to fight are safely at Ryder's territory. I want the groups set up and look out for Ryder's wolves that are coming to help," I say. He nods and rubes off. I suit up Cher and give her a knife and a mini crossbow. "You use these only when necessary okay?" I tell her. She gulps and nods. I mindlink with my pack:

Pack meeting in 15

Finally, Ryder's pack comes. "Carter! Daniel! Glad you made it in time," I say. "Wouldn't miss it for the world," Daniel says back.

~15min Later~

"I stand here today to wish you luck and may my mother, father, and moon goddess watch over us. My mate, their alpha, has been taken by my aunt. She has also murdered my mother and father," I say as tears threaten to fall. I wipe at them furiously. "She will pay for killing them. We leave in 20. Let them bless you and give you the courage to live and strive," I finish off. They clap and whistle. I smile and head off to check on the preparations. Jam comes up to me and says, "We're ready." Just those two words brought my anger and ferocity back. I push it down because I need my head today. I nod and round up everyone to the back yard. "Get into the groups. We all attack at once. I will give the signal when we will split off and search for Ryder. Me and Cher will lead the attack since she knows where she is. Everyone ready?" Everyone cheers and start stomping the ground. I look over my pack. Someone's mate will die. Someone's father will die. Some of these faces will disappear but never be forgotten. "Let's bring down the bitch once and for all!" I scream.
