Chapter 19- Worst Birthday

For the last day's i've been in my room and Adam would be the nicest guy in the world and would make sure i had food to eat and would sometimes talk to me. Adam pretty much knew everything that happens between the girls that Ryan dates and their mom. I got out of the room for the first time since it's Ryan birthday i decided to take Kristen advice and ignore the two lady's. I woke up at 12 this morning to run upstairs and be the first one but it was hard being quite because the stairs kept making sounds. Once i got into his room i shut the door and got into his bed cuddling with him

"what th- Amanda what are-"

"Happy birthday!" i say and he chuckles kissing my cheek

'"thanks"he puts his arm around my waist pulling my close "i'm sorry Mandy, i missed you a lot"

"i know i missed you too"

"Can't wait for tonight"

"yeah me too"

"Happy birthday r- oh" i look at Lindsay who just came in the room turning the lights on making so much noise "hoping to be the first" she says giving me a sour look "anyways happy birthday" she threw him ,his present making sure it landed and hit me in the head.

"what's her problem?" i ask him

"i don't like her and she's not getting the message"

"i'm tierd lets just sleep" i got up and turned the lights off crawling back into his arms.

12pm, Noon

 I got up before Ryan and went back to my quietly so i didn't have to face Deb and Lindsay's death threats. I got my dress out and put it on before doing my hair and makeup. Then i put my sandals on and made sure i looked clean and presentable.I did hear them sing happy birthday so i right then that he came down and now i'm 100% everyone gets pancakes except for me. If there's one thing that i learned for the past two days i've been here, is that Ryan's mom is trying to get the two of them together again but he doesn't want that to happen. I came upstairs and i got all of their attention seeing i guess some of his child hood friends i felt special because Lindsay was only wearing a skirt for the party. I walk past everyone and search through the fridge for some cereal.

"You look beautiful"

"thanks"i say to Ryan moving to the table lets just says i was making my self at home like all the        boyfriend's moms told me when i came over. I flipped through the channel stopping at the big bang theory and started laughing at how this reminded me of the boys so much. Caitlin went with Jordan to Saskatchewan and Kristen took Taylor to Calgary so that he meet her mom and her to meet his parents better. I was right, Deb made pancakes but offered everyone but me so i ignored her like i was told to b Kristen and took one out of her plate and kissed her check saying 'thanks mom'. His dad came later on like at 1:30 to help set up in the backyard. I threw Ryan some clothes together for the party  which didn't take long until he came and became picky about the colours but it didn't bug me because i love him to death.

"you look handsome" i say fixing the collar on the plaid dress shirt

"and you look even beautiful then the first time i saw you" i blushed

"thanks Ryan"i kissed him

"Ryan!" Lindsay interrupted the best kiss of my life

"what?"he asked mad about the kiss being interrupted

"your mom"

"well tell her i'm coming"the way he said it you could tell he was annoyed

"okay" she says mad showing it through her eye's walking away

"do you know how many guys asked me if you were single?" i laughed

"Well i'm not"

"all of my friend!"

"Ryan did i not tell Lindsay to call you?!"

"mom i was coming!" he ran out the room with her so i walked down stairs slowly following

"this is Steve's daughter"she say's introducing him to a pretty girl

"oh and this is my girlfriend Amanda, sorry mom always forgets about her" i bit my lips together trying to hide my laughter inside of me.

"hi" i say shaking the people's hands.

"Mandy!"Adam says waving me over so i leave them and run over

"yeah"

"nothing, can you get me some 7up?" i shook my head and poured him some "oh these are Ryan's hockey Buddy's" they all kept elbowing each other "stop she's not even single"

"alright then, i'm going to put in a request" i couldn't help      but let out my little laughs as i walked to the DJ's table. "Hey can you put on All about us" he nodded his head and went through the play list. I went a bench and sat down.I was really happy that Ryan was actually enjoying his birthday at least it was better then the first day in Burnaby. Once he was done thanking everybody for coming he sat down beside me.

"I'm so happy to be celebrating this birthday with you"

"i'm happy that it's going to be a year in 4months and 19 days" he laughed and our song came on however Lindsay had plans of her own

"Ryan you promised me the first slow dance" she says taking his hand and giving me an evil smirk. Ryan looked at me with sympathy

"a promise is a promise" he smiled and walked with her to the dance floor. I took a deep breath in and out knowing that i should have known myself that this was coming sooner or later.

"Amanda" Deb says looking at me like she was ready to kill me and had a evil smile

"hey Deb"

"Look at them," Ryan looked like he was having a great time with, they were   laughing together "i never liked you but i think if you would see that Ryan actually really still likes her, she makes him smile , he makes her smile they were just meant to be. Amanda i need you to do him, them a favour and let them be the perfect couple they were and are, let Ryan open his heart to her and if Ryan hasn't told you already this Christmas he kissed her" my heart dropped and i looked at her " i have a flight booked for you back to Edmonton when ever your ready. Your bags are packed and i have the taxi waiting for you oh and i'll tell Ryan" i stood up and she did too "thank you for understanding" she says hugging me "have a safe flight back home"

"give this to him" i returned the necklace and nnodded my head and let the tear follow and ran to the Taxi.

"to the airport?" the driver asked

"yeah" i took one last look at Ryan and the party, maybe Deb was right , Ryan's better off with Lindsay they look cute together?

Ryan's P.O.V

''Best party thanks mom" i gave my mom a kiss

"hey what happened to Amanda?" Adam asked running upstairs from the basement

"right" my mom had this sad face on her face "Ryan she gave me this and said she deserved better"she took my hand and opened it placing the necklace i got Amanda in my hand

"wait" i couldn't believe it "what-why would she leave without talking?"

"Ryan i tried stopping her" i shook my head  and kicked the table knocking the flowers and vase down before running upstairs slamming my door shut. The girl i loved that she deserved better and left me! she's everything! better then any girl in the world and for a Guy like me to cry, it's ten times worse then when my Grandpa died and how she was there with me calming me down. I lost her.
