Chapter 7

~Sasha's POV~
I wake up to darkness, complete darkness, I try to move but I can't. I don't remember anything but I don't think about it to much.
I know that I am still alive thanks to the throbbing pain in my leg. Slowly my eyes adjust to the darkness and I realize I am in a concrete jail/prison cell probably at the bottom of the government building.
I look down to see that I am bound by chains to the wall. My eyes wander around to find escape. Soon enough I hear the soft pitter patter of shoes on the cold concrete stairs, the steel door opens with a bang I see a boy with really curly hair, for some reason his face seems very familiar.
He quickly comes over undoing the chains that bound me. I fall to my knees in front of him. I cry out from the searing pain in my leg, what happened to my leg.
He gives me a blank look and pulls me up roughly by my hair, dragging me up the stairs. As we go higher the stairs turn to glass I look up, confirming my earlier thoughts, that we are in the government building, which is in the heart of New York.
It was built here for the government a few years before the take over and is one of the only buildings still completely standing. It is made of pure glass. Which freaks the crap out of me. I look up to see all the offices to me above.
I don't see any other Hope member I silently thank god that no one else has been taken. The curly headed boy leads me up several stairwells and into a small office he sits me down in a black chair in front of the desk and handcuffs me to the frame of the chair. As soon as he left guards took their place at the door. They act as if I am a criminal, to them I am.
As soon as I got comfortable a man with blondish brown hair walked in and a face that brought back all my memories.
The building falling on me...
The same boy who stands in front of me helping me...
and Korey being taken...
Korey needs help...
only one person can help...
and that is me...
