Your POV

I sat in the bathroom hugging my knees. What would Katsuki think about this? Would he leave me? Would he not love me anymore? Will I have to move out? If so, where would I go? Questions swirled in my head. I glanced at the pregnancy test with slight fear. Could I just not tell him? What will happen if I don't tell him and he gets mad when he does find out? I don't know what to do. What can I do? He will surely notice that I'm stressed and then ask what's wrong.

My thoughts were cut short by the front door opening. I stood up, quickly hiding the test.

"(Y/n)?" I heard Katsuki call out and I opened the bathroom door, walking out slowly.

"H-hey Katsuki." I said, looking down ant holding my arm. He hugged me immediately.

"What's wrong? You only act like this when something is bothering you." He said, causing me to burst into tears. His grip on me tightened and he started to rub my back.

"K-katsuki?" I said after I calmed down slightly. He pulled away from me so he could look at my face.

"What is it?" He asked, worry written on his face. I looked down and hugged myself. My stomach felt as if it was doing cartwheels.

"C-can you promise me something?" I asked, receiving a nod from him. "Can you promise me that you won't leave me?" I asked, causing him to hug me tightly.

"First of all, I would never leave you, and that's a promise. Secondly, what is this about?" He asked, causing me to flinch.

"H-how do you fell about... Kids?" I asked, my stomach still turning. His eyes widened with realization. A large smile spread across his face and he picked me up, spinning me around.

"Why didn't you just say that?" He said, putting me down. Tears filled my eyes and I smiled slightly.

"Y-you mean you're not mad at me?" I said, shock going across his face.

"Why would I be mad! Of course I would want to have children with you! I married you after all!" He said, hugging me tightly. The metaphorical dam that I had built to keep the tears back finally broke, releasing the waterfalls of tears I had built up. Katsuki started to chucked and I felt his chest jump slightly with the action.

"Come on (Y/n), you look like Deku." He laughed, rubbing my shoulders. I giggled quietly, whipping the tears off of my face.

"KATSUKI GET IN HERE!!" I screamed, a sharp pain shooting through me. Katsuki rushed in, seeing my stressed state. "Hospital. Now." I managed to whimper out. Katsuki ran to me and picked me up gently. He rushed me to the car and set me down.

"Are you okay?" he asked, causing me to glare at him.

"I am about to push a baby out, DO YOU THINK I AM OKAY?!" I shouted at him. He nodded and started to drive to the hospital.

No ones POV

Katsuki paced back and fourth in the hallway, waiting for the doctor to tell him that you were awake. He listened for the sound of the door opening and hoped that it would soon. He had been waiting outside for hours.

"Mr. Bakugou?" Katsuki turned as fast as lightning. The doctor stood with a smile on his face and a clipboard in her hands. "She's awake if you would like to see her." She said, causing Katsuki's face to light up. He rushed into the room to see you with a weak smile on your face.

"(Y/n)!" He said, rushing to you and hugging you tightly.

"Careful Katsuki! I might break!" You laughed, hugging him gently. The doctor cleared her throat and smiled at the two of you.

"Would you like to see the children?" She asked, Katsuki's face twisting with confusion.

"Children?" He asked, shock and confusion laced in his voice. The doctor smiled, picking up to two twins that laid on a smaller bed.

"Two twins, sir. One boy and one girl." She said. Katsuki smiled brightly, taking the girl as you took the boy.

"Well won't this be exciting." You chucked, smiling at the two children.
