Chapter 4: Hakunon City

Meanwhile, in another facility far far away from Hakunon city.

A young man is standing in a dark lab...on the floor are multiple dead Rasetsus and Monsters...

He walks toward an empty spot in the lab, he had hoped to find some prisoners...but there was nothing. Not even the cage is here!

He heard someone groaning behind him, and he turns toward that sound. He finds a barely alive Rasetsu. The young man walks over toward the Rasetsu and lifts him up by the collar,
"Where are the prisoners...!?" He asked with a growl,

"Ha...haha...Ha...they're gone! We've...sent...them...to our...Master!" The Rasetsu said,
"Who is this 'Master' you guys keep talking about!?" The young man asked,

But the Rasetsu had already lost his life when the young man asked him,
"Damn it! I was too late...!" The young man threw the dead Rasetsu,

"....I just hope Asuka and the others have better luck," The young man then threw the same black ball that Asuka had and once he left the facility, with a snap of his fingers the black ball exploded burning the facility along with the corpses inside....

"Now then, time to head to Hakunon city,"

In the next day,

The group along with Asuka is currently walking through the road, until they spotted a large wall a few kilometers from them.

"Whoa!" The group was awed by the sight, such a high and wide wall...

"This is only a small town, you guys haven't seen the capital just yet," Asuka said,

They make their way toward the gate of the city, "Hey, will it be alright?"
"What do you mean?" Asuka asked,

"We don't have any identifications," Hijikata said,
"Don't worry, there are a lot of refugees coming to the city, it'll be fine. And plus, you"fe got me," Asuka said,

They had to wait in line as there are many other people are waiting to enter the city. There are also many black, gray and red uniformed guards stationed on the walls, around, and near the refugees/the line.

"There sure are a lot of people," Kaoru said,
"Well, the line is much shorter than in the capital,"

Until it is time for their turn, Asuka's eyes caught the man in front of them. Asuka happens to see something different about the man in front of them. He's covering his head with a large hood and he seems to be breathing heavily....

Asuka felt that something's not right...

Then the guards up front, started checking on the man. He seemed to be holding in something as he starts to sweat as the guards inspects him. Just then, their Spiriton Gear started shining and rattling.

"An infected!" The guards said,

"No! No! Please don't kill me! I need a doctor!" The man shouted,

"Take him to the prison!" The guard said,
"No! No! No! Noooo!" The man screamed,

"How awful....," Chizuru said,
"That's how it's suppose to be," A woman amongst the line said,
"If the infected were to enter the city, it'll only be chaos. Rasetsus shouldn't even enter the cities," Another person said,

"But, isn't there a cure for them?" Chizuru asked,
"A cure!? Hahaha! Young lady, if there is a cure then it is to kill them! If there is a cure to turn them back, the Alliance heads would've done it sooner,"

"Hmmm...," Chizuru felt a little distracted about what the people said,

Finally, it is time for their turn to enter...
