"Why did you want me up here Kera?" I asked.

"Well, you know that Isabelle is almost 14. She doesn't know about dad. Should we tell her? We don't want to hide this secret for all of her life until she is like 20 right? So, we should tell her later. She'll get mad, but she has to be strong." Kera said.

I mean she wasn't wrong. I was thinking the exact same thing. If she thinks it, then we should totally do that. Kera was 18. She was mature just like an adult. When I grow up I always want to be  like her. Smart, pretty, talented, and mature. Anyways, Kera and I decided to tell Isabelle at midnight and we all are going to run away. Isabelle has a choice to stay with mom, or come with us. Kera had everything we needed if we were ever going to run away. Tonight was the night that we were going to run. "Got it Jenny? When we tell her, you better follow my lead." Kera told.

"Hi Kera and Isabelle! I'm up here like you wanted. I'm about to go skating. Mom is taking me there. So make it quick?" Isabelle said as she sat down on the bed.

"Isabelle, before we tell you this bad news, you have a choice. Come with Jenny and I, or stay with that slut of a mother. You probably would want to come with us. Ok, now. Dad is not on a business trip. The day he left, was the day he ran from mom. Mom was cheating on dad and they got into a big fight.. " Kera explained the rest of the story while i was getting our bags and putting food, clothing, and tools for us.

"Wow. Why would mother do that? She knew we loved dad. And she knew everything. You guys knew everything. You didn't tell me before like when i was 6. But that doesn't matter. I'm going with you guys. You guys are my sisters and you know what's best for me. So pack stuff for me too Jenny." Isabelle said with a tear coming out of her eye.

I finished packing our stuff at 12:30. I gave Isabelle a bag full of our clothes. Kera had just finished tying the rope from her window. She sent Isabelle down first. Then me. Then herself. Tonight was the night we left. Exactly on the day dad left 10 years ago on. "We are going to New York where dreams are made." Kera silently whispered.
