"Ugh, I'm so boreddddhshwjwjsbhwk..."

I grumbled while resting my cheek on my hand as I looked out of the window.

Yes, I might have been given the diamond-spoon, but there's nothing I'm capable of doing with this 7 year old body except being beaten up by etiquette practice.

"If this is how it is, I'd just want to die all over again."

What if I just act my part and die? Then pray to God that I get reincarnated back to my old world? Why??? Because there are no cellphones, wifi, TVs, or anything electronic in this world.

I know it sounds petty, but if you think so, then I'll gladly switch places with you. ...

You know what? I think I'm smart enough to be able to figure out how to make some techy thing. I come from an advanced world after all. Ufufufu, watch out world, a child genius is coming for you. What could possibly go wrong?

I stood up from the chair that I previously sat on and stomped out of the room. I skipped and skipped until I went through the hallway. Today's weather was nice and I was in a pretty good mood since I had just thought of a life changing idea. As I was humming, I walked passed a maid. I smiled at her and she smiled back. Walking a few steps forward, she glanced at me again and noticed something.

"U-ummm.. Charlotte-sama, I'm sorry for my rudeness but would you like to get dressed first before going out like that?"

Oh.. I was still in my pajamas.. My bad.

I should really act more lady-like, that's the least I could do for being not-so-talented. oH wEll Im sTilL in tHe pRocEss of leArninG.

I thought to myself while touching my chin and looking blank.

I followed the maid to get changed and when I saw my closet, it was like looking at the sea.. EXCEPT THAT THE SEA ITSELF WERE THE CLOTHES. Why do I own so many disgusting looking dresses? From pink frills to super sized bows, you name every cringy item possible, and if you swim a little in this sea you call "closet", you may find what you're looking for. Oh, not to mention the size of this closet is bigger than my old life's living room.

The maid took a glance at me and noticed a slightly scrunched up expression and began to ask what kind of clothing I wanted to wear today.

Anything besides all of these, please.

--Is what I would've said, but I don't really have a choice but to wear them, do I? It's not like a plain dress would just pop out of the gaudy pile if I just snapped my fingers.

"Just pick the plainest dress that you think would suit me.. I don't really feel like having a preference right now..." I groggily told the maid while having a troubled look.

The maid lit up and tried to hide her smile. It was as if she had wanted to dress me like a doll from the very moment we had entered the room this day. She looks kind of cute, if I'm being honest. I must find out if she is waifu material.

"May I.. please ask what your name is?"

I clenched my tiny fist, gathered up all my courage and asked the maid what her name was.

The maid was, of course, shocked at first. I guess it was very unexpected of me to suddenly get interested in the name of someone who wasn't flashy looking. She felt reluctant at first, but then she took notice of my balled fist. She looked to be in awe for a moment and then abruptly held my hands in between hers.
