31.) The End Or The Beginning

It only took a few minutes before we were left alone with the big slab of concrete wall which also happened to be the entrance. I don't understand how this could be the way through because it looks exactly the same as the rest of the wall. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how it opened. But, the feeling I got when we drove inside was slightly sickening.

-A Few minutes earlier-

When reached the place that was supposed to be our way through. We just sat there for a little bit while wondering what to do next, until we were scared to death by a loud booming voice.

"What's your business with the capital!" A man dressed in all black attire spoke to us from outside of the truck. He literally came out of no where, probably lurking in the shadows until we arrived.

"We have come to stay here and be protected by the cannibals." Yoongi says from the driver's seat, he held no quiver of doubt or fear in his voice. The guard –I supposed that's what we can call him– just hums and says something in his walkie talkie before he nods his head and gives a thumbs up. I guess we just got the okay to go inside the capital.

The weird thing is that the guy just ended up leaving alone here, sinking back into the shadows. Funny, it only took us a few moments before we were left alone with the big slab of concrete wall which also happened to be the entrance. I don't understand how this could be the way through because it looks exactly the same as the rest of the wall. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how it opened.

The big wall broke off from it's attachment point and slid into the wall opposite of the break off point. I suppose that the wall was hollow so that it could go through it. But, it still amazed me that we still had this type of technology in our hands. We drove through the opened door and into the big city of the capital. The towers were captivating and mezmorizing and it literally took my breath away, but the feeling I got when we drove inside was slightly sickening.

We were met with people – lined up on the side of the main road– leading us to the biggest building in the main part of the capital. This building gave off a weird vibe as it stood above all the others in a strange dominating stance. It was a dark sleek green color that sparkled in the night sky by the reflection of the stars. It's windowed exterior gleamed with hidden horrors, this place was definitely giving me the creeps.

Once we reached the building we were greeted by a nicely dressed lady. She seemed to be the one in charge with her dominating stance. She wore a blood red dress and matching high heeled shoes and dangling earrings. Her brown hair was tied back into a tight braid behind her head. Her eyes were green and held a hard look in her eyes. She was definitely the one in charge.

"Welcome to the newly established capital of our country. I made it to keep our citizens protected and happy. I'm Madame Ellinore, the head of the capital and government, and I'm pleased to welcome you into your new life of comfort." Ellinore gave us a smile while she led us into the giant building that towered above us. I guess our new life begins here.

-(As we have reached the end of our chapter of fear we have also reached the beginning of a new chapter, a chapter colored with new journeys within these capital walls.)-
