Jake's POV
Since today was Friday and luckily we didn't have homework, I asked "my crew" to meet at my house after school. They all said they could come, so here we are, sitting on the ground making small talk. "Okay, everyone. You all must be wondering why I called you here," I say. "Actually, we already figured it out. We're all going to find Sarah, right?" Helen asks. Suprised, I nod. "It really wasn't that hard to figure out," Brady adds. "Okay then," I say. "Does anyone know anything that might help us determine where Sarah is?" For a long time, nobody raises their hands. Then, Logan slowly raises his hand. "What is it?" I ask. "Well....," Logan starts. "It's a long story." "We've got time," I say. "Okay, you asked for it," Logan says. "Well, to start off, how about a piece of shocking information. Sarah, Jaxon Storm, and I are siblings." Everyone, including me, gasps. "So that's why Jax was so worried when Sarah got kidnapped," Jessie says. "Yeah. So before we were born, our parents were young and stupid, and both joined a gang. That's how they met, actually. Several years before they had us, they quit the gang. The gang didn't like that, and threatened to kill them, so my parents were on the run. They decided to settle down, and a few years later, had Jax, Sarah, and I. Eventually, they thought the gang had given up. But, the gang didn't, and one night, they killed my parents, and almost killed us, but Jax led Sarah and I to a foster care center, where they assigned us homes. Jax forgot to tell them we were siblings though, so they split us up. Sarah and I were fortunate to live so close together, but Jax lived in Maryland, and 2 years ago moved back here. Well, that's it," Logan explains, and we stand there with our mouths open for a while. "Oh, and I know where to find Sarah. I just need back-up," Logan says. "Then what are we waiting for?" Haley asks. "Nothing. Let's go," Logan replies, and we march off determined to our bikes outside.
----Time Skip----
We arrive at an abandoned building with lots of grafitti. But according to Logan, is not abandoned. We stopped at Jax's house, which is on the way to the building, so Jax is with us now. Quietly, we walk inside. Stupid gang, they have no guards outside! As soon as we step foot in the building, Logan yells, "Hit the deck!" We all do, and I see a bullet whiz by where I was standing! I look around, and see two large guards with pistols. "You're not going anywhere," the first one sneers. I see Jax inch closer and closer to the guards. Then, Jax grabs the pistols and kicks the guards in their shins. They fall over, clutching their shins. Jax and Logan lead the way down the hallway, and stop at 2 grey doors. Brady and I step forward and kick the doors open. Inside, I see Reese, football JERK extraordinaire, kissing Sarah, who is tied up and obviously hating this. As soon as she sees us, I see her bite down on Reese's bottom lip. He yelps in pain, and Rachel and Diego run over and untie her while Reese spits out blood. Does Sarah have hecka sharp teeth or something? Rachel and Diego run towards us, and Sarah stands up, ready to go. But Reese grabs her arm and tries to pull her back. Sarah pushes and pulls, but Reese is still holding on. Suddenly, about 5 guards, all armed with pistols, burst through the doors. Helen, who takes karate, uses this opportunity to grab one guard's pistol and flip him over her shoulder. She did that to me once. It hurt really bad. It seems like the others have the guards under control, so I run over to help Sarah, who is still held by Reese and struggling to get out of his grip. When I run over, she gives me a grateful look. I start pulling and pulling as hard as I can on Sarah's hand, trying to take her away from the monster known as Reese. Finally, the monster lets go, and Sarah and I run back over to our friends, who just finished kicking the guards' butts. "Let's get out of here," I say, and we open the doors. Behind the doors is a tall, buff man with lots of tattoos and piercings. He smirks at us. "Not so fast," he says. "I have all of you now." "Oh," Logan says. "I kinda forgot to mention that the gang wants to kill us."
