Colby has finally got out of his alcoholic state and got a black bag, he started throwing all the empty bottles and the half full ones into the bag.
Motivated, he wanted to solve this admittedly so he texted the private investigator, she texted back informing him they their aware of Sams card location and they've sent police officers to home were it stayed.
"Jake!!" Colby screamed dropping his phone, smashing it as soon as it hit the wooden floor.
"Yes? What is it!?" Jake said almost falling over running out of his room thinking it was an emergency.
"My private investigator found out where Sams card is and they're sending police officers to the location right now!" He said in shock but his face glowing with happiness.
"No fucking way" Jake said, hands on the railing. He ran downstairs faster than you could say 'Sam and Colby' -and hugged Colby.
"I can't believe it" Colby says hugging Jake back, leaning his head onto Jakes shoulder almost crying.
About 4 hours later..
Colby hadn't heard anything from the private investigator in hours, he was concerned if the guy who kidnapped him or anything was caught!
He was stressed once again and started craving alcohol.. it crossed his mind..try a cigarette?
He admittedly said no to that!
He has never tried one and never will try one!
He grabbed his vape instead, stressed he started puffing away.
Jake had been away half the day with Tara to take her on a date, he unlocked the door and came in.
"Hey dude" Jake said leaving the door open so Tara would walk in, then closed it and locked it.
"Hey" Colby said while the smoke and the scent of candy floss came out of his mouth,
"Do a vape trick!" Tara demanded, she started giggling,
"Okay" Colby chuckled and did a vape trick.
Tara laughed,
"Cool, okay Jake lets go upstairs" Tara said grabbing his hand and leading him to the stairs,
"Okay, talk to you later bro" Jake said to colby,
"Talk to you later" he said looking up and then looking down at his phone to scroll through Instagram.
Then his phone pinged, it was the private investigator!!
Colbys heart started to beat, he couldn't look at the message!
He was scared, excited, worried
He took a deep breathe in
He opened the message and started to read,
"Colby, sorry I haven't gotten back to you about the Sam situation.
We went to the address where the card was at, it's good news."
