~this allows you to manipulate the water around you, along with being able to breath and swim really fast under water
~when you are underwater, scales start to form on your skin like armor. Your hands and feet become webbed, your ears adjust to have sonar hearing, and your teeth sharpen (like kirishimas) and your eyes gloss over so you can see clearly
Weakness: if you stay in the water for more than an hour, when you get out it will take a lot longer for your fish features to go away and it can be painful (uncomfortable feeling), it will be hard for you to see and you will have to wear earmuffs to muffle the noise that is enhanced for you
Hero suit: its a deep sea diving suit that can blend into its surrounding just like how your scales do. It is webbed under your armpits so you can glide under water. Your goggles are made with earplugs so when you cone out of the water you can see and hear normal. On the belt of your suit, its equipt with a artificial seaweed rope that moves the same as normal seaweed and you can use it to capture opponents. For your shoes, its only a layer of thick flexable plastic with grip on it so you can run on dry ground and use them underwater so you can keep your feet safe from sharp objects.
Hero name: The ocean hero, Mako (like the shark)

Dorm: your dorm is across bakugos room and next to Mina's
~instead of a bed you have a tank in your room which is filled with salt water with one of those flooting bed like things. It helps you train how long you can stay in the water for
~ you have posters of your favorite hero's which are All Might and Orca
~ iida changed your desk and chair so it was made out of thick plastic so you wouldnt ruin the wood when you got out of your tank
~ tsuyu helped you make all your books waterproof and Mina gave you really nice towels and bathingsuits so you can be all cuuute
