Original title- Peppermint prick vs Salty fish

[Name] stood next to Ojiro stretching until she something popped into her head. With a moments notice she popped one of the boiling bubbles of water next to Ojiro steam flowing off it. "Hey, Ojiro can you stand in that?" [Name] said her mind whirring as she almost pushed him into it. "Don't worry it'll help, I know Shoto." [Name] smiled before pushing him into it. Ojiro hissed in surprise and minor pain as the water made contact with his skin. [Name] cracked her arms and knuckles as she felt the air crisp. [Name] held out her fingers staring dead-eyed as she counted down
"Three
Two
One"The impact slightly shocked her as the ice travelled up the building instantly cooling the water Ojiro was in, as it froze [Name] to the ground. A sinister grin grew across her face, "So predictable." she hissed, "Ojiro you deal with the other one, this is personal." Ojiro only nodded as he proceeded to travel down the building leaving [Name] alone as a two-toned haired boy came up. [Name] kept her head lowered as Shoto approached her annoyance crossing his face as he stared at the girl.
"You can take a step if you like. But do be aware, however, that peeling the skin off the sole of your foot doesn't look good for your fighting ability." he deadpans before stepping towards her "But [Name] I want to ask you a few questions before the round is over. Such as why aren't you de-" Shoto was cut off by the hissing of ice as it began to melt around them.
"Shoto, you peppermint prick did you really forget that I have a water quirk. Hell, you were there!" [Name] hissed letting water wrap around her arms and formed it into pellets ready to be shot at him. In truth, Shoto was surprised by [Name]'s ability as he had basically blocked out the latter training sessions, almost completely forget and only believed it to be a mineute ability. [Name] on the other hand was absolutely terrified and was going off impulse alone and what Shoto couldn't see was that [Name] she was almost shaking, the water surrounding her was the only thing keeping her stable. "Or, did you forget about after so long from the shit you did to me." her hysterical laughter bounces and echos off the water as in her head she was mentally screaming that she had lost it. [Name] began firing off the water bullets in rapid succession Shoto barely managing to avoid being hit by a few, leaving her with barely any water supply. "But to make this a little bit more fun for the both of us, everytime you hit me you can ask a question, I'll answer." she grinned leaving him speculating what to attempt next. They were in some terms even footing, both could not use their quirks without the chance of the other being able to use their own quirk against them. In the end, it resulted in them both needing to physically attack each other for there to be any possible advances in their part of the battle. Shoto was the first to realise this, leaving him to attack her with a heavy kick to the stomach. [Name] was caught off guard, and coughed as she got up dusting off the small amount debris that had joined her in her fall.
"Why aren't you dead." Shoto deadpans going after her offer.
"Whoever said I was?" [Name] coughs before launching at him, nearly kicking him in the stomach. Shoto grabbed onto her foot as she flew past pulling her back, freezing her boot and flinging her back. [Name] felt herself grazing against the floor as she planted her hands on the floor to slow down, small cuts stinging her skin. [Name] narrowed her eyes as water steadied her legs, helping her regain some amount of balance, fighting against the voice of reason that was screaming for her to stop. Shoto seemed to glare at her as she composed herself almost as if she was storing her emotions and using them against him, it unnerved him in some way, whenever they used to train she used to well up with tears just as the match started. [Name] raised her arms and gained a more defensive position, coating her hands in water to ease the furthering damage that could be created. The two stayed in place for a few seconds staring each other down before Shoto continued the song and dance by charging at her, his hands encased in ice. Annoyance filled his eyes as [Name] fought back with fatigued ease, dodging, blocking and avoiding anything that he threw at her until she slowed. Shoto managed hit her arm as she spun from a previous attack before flinging ice at her. [Name] heaved in shaky breathes as she sprinted away from the flying ice shards until felt the floor slip from under her as she skidded on her own creation, water. Her head connected with the floor leaving a small gash in her skin but [Name] was determined to keep going, to win the match, she needed to prove to herself that she wouldn't break against her fear.
"Where have you been [Name]."
"Gone." she hisses, stumbling up clutching the cut just above her barely hidden burn. Shoto's anger seems to spike from her vague answers and from her infectious rage. Shoto had the upper hand, [Name] had spent her time using her energy on quick, fast movements effectively losing too much energy to keep it up for much longer and it would either tire her out enough for Shoto to get to the bomb or to immobilise her. Shoto approached her as she once again began sprinting away, panic and determination being the only things keeping her away from passing out. Shoto had enough and did something slightly more drastic than planned as [Name] neared close to one of the walls. Shoto charged at her using short boosts of ice to increase his speed and slammed into her, pinning her against the wall and began to cover the floor in ice. [Name] who was previously was putting up a fight looked up at him as pain and fear flashed across her eyes. [Name] felt like she was a kid again weak, defenceless and the pain, the burn it was hurting her everytime she looked up at him, the memory was blinding her as the glove covering the burn mark slipped down. "S- Stop... Sh- Shoto." she whimpered out, Shoto stared at her as his gaze shifted down to her burn that leads from her left cheek till just above her wrist. Clutching her burnt arm the memory replayed on a loop in front of her eyes, tears forming as a shocked and confused Shoto let her go. [Name] slumped to the ground her feet still covered in ice as she curled herself into a ball as her strength and stamina wore out and her world went dark.
