But as soon as I realized I wasn't in my bed and there was a half naked Steve walking infront of me with only a towel around his waist shielding me from his nudity, "Hey sweetheart" He said with the soul melting smile, I knew this had to be a dream, so might as well take advantage of it, I can't believe I had a wet dream about Steve Rodgers. I looked at everyone and they have yet to notice me, "What's all the commotion about?" I asked watching everyone as they turned and looked at me. Nat, Bruce, Thor, and Clint laughing, Tony looked at me and shook his head, "Did you forget your Iron Man ones at home?" Tony said as I looked down turning red. I looked up and saw Steve with a smirk, I cleared my throat and went to turn around and I felt someone grab my arm, I turned and saw Steve. "Hold on I need to savor this for a minute, it's not everyday a genius like you is wearing pajamas in honor of me." He said as I stood in shame, "I'm sorry I'm wearing pajamas and I'm in my socks and I'm still wearing my glasses." I said blushing as I looked up at him, he let me go and I ran to my room and changed into my gear. I walked back to the quintet and looked at everyone, "Welp that happened so what are we doing?" I asked crossing my arms as everyone looked over at me. "We're going to New York, Loki is attacking the whole city." Nat said. "But-" I started, "He escaped." Tony said. I nodded and looked at Bruce, "Hey Hulky let's go." I said getting into the jet and buckling up. I sighed taking a breath after my embarrassing moment earlier, I opened an eye and Steve was next to me just staring, I don't know if it's a creepy thing or me slowly swooning over the 70 year old Capsicle. I looked at him and he had a smirk that drove every female in a 20 mile radius would pass out over but not me. "Hey we're here so jump out and get this over with." Nat yelled, I unbuckled and dove out of the jet hoping to not hurt myself on the way down, Cap landed before I did and somehow caught me bridal style, "Thanks Cap." I said softly as I jumped out of his arms and heard Tony over the earpiece. "Alright let's stop those weird creatures." Tony said I looked at Cap and he had a smirk, "Hey Bruce now is a great time to be angry." He yelled, Bruce turned and smiled. "That's my secret I'm always angry." Bruce said turning into the Hulk. I turned and looked over at Cap, the chard buildings were terrifying, "Hulk. Smash." He said

Hulk went off and started to destroy everything I watched in awe before I knew it Cap grabbed me and held me behind his shield, I looked at the large enemies, "Now is the time to start using your powers Sarg!" Cap yelled I nodded and put my hands out blasting people backwards. I heard Thor over the earpiece, "Brother is secured and handcuffed." I was thankful as I saw the men that I had blasted were scurrying off. Cap grabbed my arm and looked around Nat looked at us, "Quinjet, now." She said, I started to run but before I could make 2 steps Steve picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. I huffed and stayed put. He put me in the quinjet and watched me as I waited to get to the tower, "Hop on out." Nat said, I looked at Cap he put his hand on the small of my back and he helped me out and onto the balcony. I ran over to Tony, "Are you okay?" I asked as Tony nodded and looked over at Thor, he gave me a nod as he man handled his brother, I held in a chuckle. We all waited for the Agents to get to the tower, I laid across the couch and I felt a tap on my shoe, I looked over and Steve had his mask off and was holding his shield in his hands sheepishly like he was asking me to prom or worse, on a date. I moved my legs and Steve sat down before grabbing my legs and putting them on his lap, I laughed. "You don't have to do that." I said softly looking at him, he shook his head chuckling. "No need, I was in your way." He said as he looked at me, I smiled slightly and sat up moving my feet and laying back on his lap resting my head on his shield and looking up at him, he looked down at me and smiled, I giggled before I heard doors of the elevator and I sat up to see the agents, we stood up and handed over Loki and all I was hoping was that I'd get to go back to the place soon.
~Later~ I was sitting in my room reading a book, it had been a long day. I heard a pound on my door, "Come in!" I yelled the door swung open and closed quickly, I saw Steve standing there. "Today's mission was rough." He said as he sat on the end of my bed. I sat up and put my book away nodding. "Steve?" I asked as I folded my hands in my lap, "What is it Amber?" He asked looking at my hands and placing his ontop of mine. "Why did you come to talk to me and not Nat or Bruce, Tony even!" I asked looking up at him, "You need someone right now, you went on your first real mission without a close call of death." Steve said as he sat closer to me I looked up at him and nodded. I got closer and looked around before Steve's hand rested on my cheek and I was met with the bluest eyes I've ever seen, "Would someone blame me if I said I was falling for a Capsicle?" I asked softly, he leaned in and kissed the top of my head, "I don't think anyone would blame you, they'd blame Capsicle himself for falling for the girl who just needed someone to talk to." He said. I looked up at him and kissed his cheek, "How about we see if the girl and Capsicle work out, they will just go to a celebratory party and maybe bump elbows." I said with a wink as I stood up and walked over to my closet, I felt a pair of arms snake around my waist and I looked at Steve, "What do ya say Cap? Will you be my date to Tony's party?" I asked with a smile, "I would say absolutely." Steve said making me smile brighter.
