Btw I don't know much about Netherlands so I'm sorry if I get his personality wrong. 

Btw I didn't want him to do drugs so I just made him smoke

I will put art of all the country's up here soon, but truth is we haven't even made all six (you will understand once you read the story)

It was a warm spring morning and Netherlands was watching tv when his phone rang and rounded his peace and quiet. He reached over and read the contact. It was America, so he answered the phone and put it to his ear. 

(N=Netherlands A=America)

N: hello?

A: hey dude can you drive me to the meeting? My car is dying inside and won't start.

N: what meeting? 

A: my dad wanted to introduce some countryhumans that just got made (idk I have this au with my friend where there was a huge earthquake and it broke the land. If you want more say so)

N: shit! I forgot.. yeah I can drive you there. Let me get ready and I will come pick you up

A: sounds good! See ya soon!

N: yep bye

He hung up and rushed to get dressed. He shoved a granola bar in his mouth on the way out the door and locked it behind him. (He locked the door not the granola bar) he ran to the car and shoved the key in the ignition and speed to America's house. He almost got caught by a cop but he just missed him. When he reached America's house he saw America waiting by the door. He rushed over and got in the car

"Can you believe it? Seven new country's" America said happily 

"Sounds wonderful. None of them give me shit" Netherlands said and lit a cigarette 

"Don't smoke in front of them! I want them to get a good impression from everyone. That means you too" America said and lightly punched Netherlands in the arm

"That goes for you too aMeRiCa. You never go to the meetings. It's making your dad really stressed." Netherlands said and punched America in the arm, to mimic America.

"Okay okay I get it, but I just want to make friends with them" America said and pointed to the building that the country's had their meetings in "here we are! I can't wait!" 

As soon as Netherlands parked the car America shot out of the car. 

"Hurry uppppppp!!! Why do you take so looooonnnnggg" America said practically jumping up and down

"Fine shut up" Netherlands said finally closing his car door

They walked into the tall building and America pushed open the door for Netherlands 

" lady's first" America said and winked at Netherlands (no he doesn't have a thing for him) 

"Then why don't you go in first idiot" Netherlands said and shoved America in the door 

Netherlands put his cigarette out on the concrete outside the building and walked into the building then to the assigned room for the meeting. The room was huge as it had to fit 198 countryhumans plus the extra seven that just got added. As Netherlands walked through the door he saw the normal bleacher like desks that held all the country's, as well as the normal desk up front where whom ever is talking sits at. He saw Britain and seven other unfamiliar countries sitting up front on the long desk in front of everybody else.  

"Now that everyone is here I would like to introduce our seven newest country's" Britain's loud voice boomed through the large room. 

He pointed to each countryhuman and said their name and they all responded in a hi or a wave. One of them caught Netherlands eye. ( you are a country)  she was so pretty and had eyes that could stop your heart. He stared at her and the voice of Britain was slowly pushed away as he stared at the new country. He stared to long as she caught his eyes and they looked at each other for awhile. Netherland wrinkled up his nose and turned away, as if he were trying to push away a bad smell. This made the female country sad as she thought she already made an enemy. She stared at him for awhile but eventually looked away as Britain told them to take a seat wherever they wanted up with the other countryhumans. America had and empty spot next to him and on his right sat Netherlands. On Netherlands right side was an empty spot. A country named "western japan" sat next to America and a country named "y/n" sat next to Netherlands. When she sat down Netherlands quickly turned his head away and leaned forward to put his elbow on the table and held his head in his hand. She tapped him in the shoulder and he turned her way with a blank look. He liked her yes, but he had already had his heart broken and he didn't like love so he tried to push her away as much as he could. 

"Hey, I was wondering if we could be friends?" She said and gave Netherlands a curious look. 

"Sure" Netherlands said and turned his head to give a cringy look to America as Netherlands knew he would fall for her. 

Time skip ;)

Netherlands was running after y/n trying to get the tv remote back. 

"You jerk give it back!" Netherlands yelled and made a sad attempt to grab you. 

"You have to catch me first!" You yelled and ran right through his legs. 

As you ran up the stairs you got tired so you ran into the room you share with Netherlands, and hid in the closet. (Stupid I know) 

" oh y/n where are yoouuuuuu~" Netherlands said and opened the bedroom door.

You heard his footsteps travel around the room and finally in front of the closet. He slammed open the door and ripped you out of the closet by your waist. 

" got ya!" He said and threw you on the bed and tickled you.  

" hahahahah Netherlands stop I'm dying here!" You squeaked out and he hugged you

" I love you, you know that right?" He said and looked into your eyes. 

"Of course! I love you more though~" you said and you two stayed a war against each other, shouting back and fourth on who loves who more.
