It was a normal boring meeting. Emprium and y/n were sting next to each other pretending to listen to un and Britain ramble on about random earthquakes and some weird trading thing between America and China. Me and emprium were laughing at some crapy drawing you made of Britain and un. I looked at emprium to see her cute smile. She had the cutest smile. You got caught up in her smile and snapped back to reality when you got smacked on the back of the head. 

"What the hell?" You whisper as not to disturb the meeting

"Pay attention! You are gonna get emprium and your self in trouble." Germany said 

"Shut up workaholic, these meetings arnt important." You say 

You felt a tap on your shoulder and turned to emprium before Germany could snap at you. You looked at emprium and she held up her iPad to show you words on the screen (sorry hunny_bb I Figured you should make it simple for the story but the original idea is rally good!) "how much longer is the meeting?" Emprium wrote. (Imma say  that because she doesn't talk) "about ten to fifteen. Not much longer" you say. Emprium nods to you. You looked back at Germany to see him still angry at you furiously tapping his desk with a pen. He shot a hard stare at you and you rolled your eyes and looked towards Britain and un. America and russia has joined them up front, they were arguing about sanctions while Britain shrunk behind un. Un sweated nervously.  You giggled and had a brilliant idea. You looked to emprium and whispered your idea into her ear. (If she is mute that means she can't talk right? She can still hear right?????? Ehh) she looked at you in shook then smiled and gave you a thumbs up. You grabbed the weird drawings you made and crumpled it into a ball and while Britain and un were staring at russia getting extremely angry and yelled very loudly in russia at America and he kinda shrunk into a ball because he couldn't understand it and russia was very loud, you threw the paper ball at Britain's back. Russia kept distracting everyone e else but Britain turned around to the ball of lapsed and opened it. His face turned red with anger as he shot his eyes up towards you staring you down. Emprium covered your face with her iPad. You looked to her and she was waving at Britain as if nothing had happened. Soon he looked back to russia who had started to calm down. Emprium our her tablet back on the desk and we started giggled to each other. Britain kept a close eye on you two for the rest of the meeting. 

After that boring meeting you and emprium went to the park to mess around on the swings. When you got there it was almost dark so you had the park to yourselfs. You both sat in a swing and watched each other as you swung. You laughed as you felt gravity pull you back down to earth. You noticed emprium had stopped swinging so you pushed your feet into the ground and stopped yourself. You looked to her and she was writing words in her tablet. You waited patiently for her to finish so you could read it. You looked around the playground. The air was chilly but relaxing. You got tapped on the shoulder. You turned to emprium and she was looking at her feet while handing you the tablet. You grabbed it and read " y/n you are the greatest friend I could ever ask for, but I don't want to be friends anymore. I love you y/n and I want to be your girlfriend. Do you feel the same way?" It said. You looked up to emprium and her face was dark red with blush. You giggled and handed her the tablet. She looked up to you waiting for a response. "Of course em! I love you too" you stood up and hugged her. "Let's go home it's cold" you said grabbing her hand. She followed you to your house. When you got there you sat on the couch. En sat down first and you sat next to her and snuggled her.
