Forth's pov

I still can hear what that brat said after I close the door. I sighed and shook my head. Of course they won't listen. I dialled a number before walking towards the parking lot.

"Hey.."

"Hey, May, sorry I missed your call earlier. Something happen with my cousin so I can't go right away. Can I go there now?"

May chuckled from the end of the call.

"No need. I'm on my way to your dorm to gave it to you. I'm close."

I sighed in relief.

"I'll meet you outside."

"Sure, bye."

I half run downstairs and already found May standing in the lobby.

"How close were you?"

I asked her. She turn around and grinned.

"Right in that corner."

She hand me two paper bag and I take it in relief.

"You're my saviour."

May rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, yeah, thank me later when you already give it to him."

"How did you get here?"

"Taxi. Don't worry, I'll get another one."

I shook my head. 

"No, I'll take you home."

May huffed in annoyance.

"Why? Because I'm a girl?"

I snickered at her.

"I don't see you as a girl anymore, May."

"Fuck you!"

I laughed and push her towards Pha's car.

"I'm on my way to Beam's dorm anyway. You both live close by."

May sighed but finally follow me.

"Phana's car?"

"Yeah, he lend it to me so I can take Yo's home."

"Why? Are they having a fight or something?"

"No. It's a long story."

May shrugged her shoulder and don't ask further. We both talk about our group project all the way to her apartment.

"Thanks again, May. I owe you one."

"Yeah? Buy me snacks that Lam stole from me!"

I laughed. We do the group project in her apartment last night and Lam literally emptying May's fridge until she finally snapped and kick him out.

"I will."

"Thanks for the lift, Boss. Good luck!"

She waved at me before get inside the apartment. I turn my car around to head Beam's dorm. I knock on his door but no one answer. I think he's still in Kit's room so I go there. Pha open the door for me. I gave him one of the paper bag and he take it happily.

"Where is Beam?"

I asked them. Kit already stop crying and he already laying around his bed, ready to sleep.

Pha and Kit looking at each other weirdly.

"We don't know."

I furrowed my eyebrows.
