Alice's pov:

It's been three years God why? Why now? I am so not ready.

Hey maybe he moved or something.

But I can't see him again.

As I was driving I passed the Kingston mansion.

It was Josh's family home.

They had it on the outskirts of town for privacy.

"Hey Dad." I say to my almost dead father.

"Sweetie, I don't think I am going to make it" he said

"Don't talk like that" I said holding his hand trying to keep the tears at bay.

"I'll tell your mother you say hi" he whispered.

"Daddy, you cant leave me" I say letting a year fall.

"Sweetie I would never leave you"

I was currently at the grocery store trying to stock my new apartment.

Where did all my money come from?

Well I got this new job in New York.

I am currently a fashion designer.

I decided to take a break though when my father became ill.

That's what he thinks I am trying for insperaton as well.

"Alice? Alice heart?" I heard from behind me

"BECKA?" I scream and jump on my old friend.

"Omg it is you" she says pulling me into a fight hug

"Alexander! Come meet your ant" she yelled and a little boy about 4 came running to her side.

"Yes mwommy" he whispered

"Wello! I am Alexwander! But you could just call me Alex" he said in the most adorable voice

"You have a kid?" I ask Becka

"Yeah. You remember my boyfriend Jackson? Well we got married" said shoving her left hand in my face.

"Woah. That's a big rock" I said looking at her hand

"Yeah. It was his grandmother's" she said in awe

"Well hello their alexander." I said and cooed at him

Josh's POV:

"Where are you going, joshy bear?" Veronica asked me stoping her conversation with some guy about her newest handbag.

"The grocery store"

"Ok I'll come with, hey Jacob I gotta go" she said

Once I walked into the store I walked directly to the liquor section.

I threw practically every alcohol in the place inside the cart.

"Honey! Stop wasting money. That could go to my hair or nails or my SHOES! oh got I need these shoes I saw at the Gucci store. Their only 14 hundred." She said and with that I put another vodka bottle in the cart

"Too expensive" I swear Alice never asked for such outrageous things.

The most expensive thing she ever wanted from me was that damn dog.

If only I straightened up back then instead of a year ago.

Maybe then she and I would be happily married with kids.

And two more dogs. I always wanted a husky.

"-And with  those Louis Vuitton handbags. I only spent about a quarter of a million this month!"

"Are you even listening to me"

I was about to answer when I heard

"Alice? Alice heart?" Alice?

"Becka?" I heard a thud and pushed the cart away I saw the cart hit Veronica and knock her phone out of her hand.

"MY PHONE!" she screamed

I looked down and saw a cracked phone screen.

I didn't give to much thought to the weeping Veronica on the floor and ran to where I heard Alice.

I turned a corner and there she was the women I never got over laughing and talking to some little boy and Rebecca Summers.

I didn't give much attention to the other people.

All I noticed was how much more beautiful and sophisticated she looked in that dress.

She was wearing a black bodycon dress that ended at her upper thigh it hugged her curves perfectly but not in a way that made her look slutty.

She wore black heels boots that ended at her knees.

She had a small handbag with it.

Her hair was down and cassaded down her back to her waist in elegant way.

She changed her hair instead of the dark chocolate brown she now has bouncy blonde hair it used to be so short, I liked it that way back then made her look like she was my slave, but now it had length to it.

I looked at her plump juicy pink lips.

I was about to go talk to her when a guy walked up behind her and kissed her neck.

I wanted to punch him for touching what's mine when she put his hands on her stomach cradling it.

I almost droped the old scrunchie that she left at our old apartment. I always kept it with me. Like a good luck charm.

Is she pregnant with this man's child?

They look good together. Better then you and her would ever look. You did this you selfish bastard.

My subconscious told me.

"Are you guys dating?" I heard Rebecca ask

"No. This is my assistant, Marcus" Alice said taking his hands off her stomach

"Oh. Good I was about to ask when the wedding was" Rebecca laughed

"Hell no, you know I never got over Josh" Alice said softly

"Well, you will by the time I'm done with ya" she said

"Haha, ok well it was good seeing you" Rebecca said grabbing the little boys hand

"Bye becca, see ya around" Alice said

When Rebecca left I stepped out of the shadows.

"Hello, Alice" I said smirking smuggly at her

"JOSH?" she almost screamed

"Wait! THIS is Josh? You the most gorgeous woman on this planet dated that?" This guy asked MY Alice.

Alice absently nodded her head.

I was about to say something when this guy punched me.

"MARCUS!" Alice screeched.

"What? You mad that I tapped the one ass you couldn't?" I taunted him

"Seriously Josh?" Alice asked looking hurt

I was about to say something when asswhip here said.

"He's not worth it. Let's go Babe" she again nodded absently and he put his arm around her shoulder and pulled her away.

I was about to walk after them when Veronica came pushing the cart with a fake smile on her plastic face.

"There you are Joshy boshy" she said
