Chapter 3

That night, Deku nor Ochako got much sleep, both caught up on their thoughts of the other. When it was finally time to leave for classes, Todoroki and Iida had to carry Midoriya to class because of his exhaustion. Mr. Aizawa noticed Deku's lack of energy, and sympathized for the young boy and his class.

"Alright, lately I've been overworking you all. So you have the day off, just don't leave campus." Mr. Aizawa... Gave us the day off? Everyone began to gather their things and stand up as Mr. Aizawa mentioned one thing he forgot. "Wait! I forgot to mention we have a group project to work on, I'll give you all the topics later, but for now, here's the groups. Get acquainted with your partners."

Midoriya and Ochako both decided to tune out until their respective names were called. "Group seven, Aoyama and Ojiro... Group eight, Midoriya and Uraraka..." He kept going down his list. Midoriya's heart could go faster than his Full Cowling.

*Back at the dorms*

"YOU BASTARD!!! HOW ARE YOU SO DAMNED GOOD YOU CHEATER!" Bakugou exploded, throwing his remote at Kirishima, who quickly activated his quirk. Ochako once again stared Deku down as he sat on his phone, looking at memes. She rested her head on her palm, which was supported by her elbow. Her eyes sparkled with an intense flame for Deku.

Deku got up and went to his dorm, Ochako faked a yawn, stretched, and decided to leave for 'hers'. Really she just wanted some 1 on 1 time with Deku. As she knocked on his door, he greeted her shirtless and told her to come in. "Oh! Uraraka!" Deku joked rubbing his neck nervously. "You caught me right before I was going to go to get a shower!" He stated. "Oh ok... You can go ahead. I will wait here!" She smiled.

As Deku opened the door up from his shower, he saw Ochako snuggled up in his bed wearing one of his shirts. He wanted to wake her up, but, she just looked so happy, so beautiful, and so peaceful. Instead, Midoriya decided to go grab lunch. On his way back to the dorms he got Uraraka some mochi. When he got back, he shook Uraraka up and held the mochi in her face. She smiled a contagious and radiant smile, beaming up at her best friend and crush. "What would I do without you Deku?" She giggled through her chewing. "Well," Deku stated, "I would be lost and sad, that's for sure!" He turned and gave his best friend and also crush a slight hug as she turned red, but smiled.

That night, Uraraka slept in Deku's room because she didn't want to leave. She took pictures of him, played with his hair, generally enjoyed his presence, and yes, she did ask to keep his shirt. She was in heaven. Unaware to her,
