Veronica's POV: once I made it to prom, some girls were starting to talk bad about me saying I stole that dress or that I threatened Archie to be my date for prom. I then saw Cheryl and I went up to her, "hey Cheryl" I said "I need to talk to you" she says. "Okay" I said she took me to the bathroom and looked sad and angry.
Veronica: what's wrong Cheryl?
Cheryl: I did something really bad
Veronica: what did you do?
Cheryl: you know how Toni is dating jughead
Veronica: yeah
Cheryl: when we were shopping for our dresses,
Me and Toni got close to each other.
Veronica: and then what happened?
Cheryl: we kissed while you and betty went to try on your dress.
Veronica: you kissed!! So Toni cheated on jughead!
Cheryl: yes no, I don't know!! She pushed me away and then said she's going to break up with him
Veronica: so either way she was going to end things with him.
Cheryl: yeah, but still I feel so guilty for what I did.
Veronica: no don't feel guilty, let's go back.
Cheryl: okay.
Toni's POV: tonight I'm going to break up with him. Here's my plan, I will tell him in the hallway say it's over and leave him in the hallway. It's the perfect plan. Right now he's getting us food, I'm nervous to end things but it's the right thing to do.
Jugheads POV: after me and Toni ate she told me to follow her. We were in the hallway, she looked nervous. "It's over" she said I immediately started to cry and she tried to leave. But I turned her around and said "but I love you" she looked at me angry. "I don't love you, I never will" she said, "you are the only good thing in my life right now" I said sobbing. "I'm sorry jughead, but we're done" she said. I was just there frozen not moving just watching her leave, I then felt someone touch my shoulder. It was betty, she asked me if I was okay, I then hugged her crying like crazy. I couldn't stop, I lost a girl that I loved so much, "what happened" betty asked "Toni broke up with me" I said sobbing. "Do you want to go to pops" Betty asked, "what about prom" I said "fuck prom" she said. We left and went to pops.
