The next morning
Betty's pov: Once I woke up and got out of bed I couldn't stop thinking about what happened yesterday. I mean I barely knew him and I still hugged him.

In history class
Betty: hey jughead
Jughead: hi, I need to talk to you later
Betty: okay see you later
Outside of school
Betty's pov: after school I was waiting for him to come. He finally came and I smiled, he didn't smile back he looked embarrassed. "Can we pretend what happened last night didn't happen" he said,
" no" I respond. "What why?!!" He asks while getting mad "because I don't want to" I say.
" please" he says, " I won't pretend it didn't happen but I won't tell anyone" I say.
"Thank you so much" he says in a happy voice. We then hugged.

Sweet peas pov: when I was walking out of school I saw betty and this random boy hugging. Once he left I immediately came up to betty and looked at her angry.

Betty's pov: once jughead left, sweet pea came up to me and screamed at me. " are you cheating on me!" He says, " no I'm not he's just a friend" I say. "Clearly he's not, how could you do this to me" he says screaming at me, " I'm not cheating on you" I say starting to cry, " yes you are" he says.
" no I'm not, in fact I should be angry at you!" I say, "why would you be angry at me" he says, "because you're cheating on me with fucking Josie!" I say screaming at him. " how did you find out" he says, "it doesn't matter" I say, "betty I'm sorry" he says. "I loved you, and you knew but you still went ahead and cheated" I say crying, " well have you ever thought why" he says. "Why" I ask, "because I never loved you" he says, I then just left and went back home sobbing.
