explaination:
i dont really see the why i need to explain but if you didn't get the concept,

y/n gets told that she's going to die sooner than expected from the stages of her illness. keeping secrets she;
she tricked yoongi into thinking she liked his bestfriend but later says she doesn't.
her bsf, soyeon has secretly liked yoongi and hid it from y/n but y/n found out about it.
now, y/n's goal was to make everyone happy when she passes, giving a gift.
so she played matchmaking for a little while.
even if it hurt her.
y/n loves so-yeon and yoongi to death but she just wants them to be happy so she let yoongi go.
she planned on telling yoongi about her illness in chapter 6, and she failed.
so-yeon tried to tell yoongi in chapter 7 and is interrupted by y/n.
y/n later passes away, as it goes into so-yeon's life and soon shows her only happy with yoongi because of her will.
later, so-yeon falls in love with yoongi and yoongi falls back in love with her.
