2 cup jiffy baking mix
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
5 teaspoon shortening
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients beat until well blended drop by table soon into a cookie sheet bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes move quickly and sprinkle with sugar
