11/2 cup skins milk
1 1/4 cup Fresh or frozen on sweetened strawberries
1/2 Vanilla abstract
1/2. Ground cinnamon
1 Cup of nonfat Vanilla frozen yogurt
1 Cup raspberry sherbet
In a blender combined skin milk Strawberries, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon mix about 30 seconds and add the frozen yogurt then the sherbet the mix until smooth
