The last few days of school before the weekend were interesting to say the least. Jimin every now and then would notice how Yoongi glared at Jungkook every time he got to close to Jimin. He also noticed how sad Taehyung would get whenever him and Jungkook were talking. He felt bad. Really bad.

He made a mental note in his head to talk to Taehyung about it later. He didn't like Jungkook in that way, but Jungkook kept dropping hints. Although, it always seemed a bit forced to Jimin. Like he didn't actually want to flirt with him but had to for some reason.

It was Friday and Jimin anticipated meeting Yoongi the next day. School was about to end and it was their second to last class. Jimin had this class with Taehyung so he didn't mind it that much.

Throughout the whole period, all Taehyung would do was stare down at the ground and pretend he was listening. He was in such a bad mood at the moment, he just didn't care. Jimin noticed and kept in mind that he had to ask him what was wrong after class. Soon, class ended and Taehyung got up. He started walking out without Jimin.

"Hey! Taetae, wait for me!" Jimin called out as he started chasing after him when Taehyung didn't stop.

Taehyung seemed pissed so Jimin decided not to say anything. He kept following Taehyung until they made it to their last class. Jimin watched as he was about to enter.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Jimin asked worriedly.

Nothing really happened in their last class so he didn't know what made Taehyung act this way. However, Taehyung just ignored him as he stormed inside and walked to his seat.
Jimin cautiously made his way to his seat which happened to be two seats away from Taehyung.  Jungkook's seat was right behind Taehyung's. Every time Jimin or Jungkook tried to talk to Taehyung though, he would ignore him.

He was pretty saddened by this. He passed over a note to Taehyung saying, 'did I do anything wrong?' to which Taehyung turned around and subtly shook his head.

He really didn't want to blame Jimin for what was happening between him and Jungkook. It wasn't really his fault. Taehyung was just so jealous that his emotions got the best of him and made him ignore his best friend. He wrote back 'sorry'. Jimin looked at him weirdly and wrote on another note, 'why?'. Though before Taehyung could write a reply, the teacher caught them passing notes.

"Would you like to read the notes out loud in front of the class and inform us of what you have been talking about, boys?" Their teacher asked, glaring at them.

Jimin and Taehyung turned to look at each other nervously before smiling sheepishly back at the teacher. They both shook their heads and apologized but still got detention. Jimin sighed to himself but it was all worth it in the end. As long as he knew he hadn't made Taehyung angry, he was fine.

After detention, Jimin walked over to Taehyung as he was getting up.

"Do... you want to talk about it?" He hesitantly asked.

Taehyung looked at him, then down at the floor. He nodded and looked up at Jimin. Jimin slightly smiled at him making Taehyung smile back. They both walked out of school and decided to talk about it at Jimin's house. Once they arrived, Taehyung immediately jumped onto Jimin's bed, face first.

"So, what's up?"

"The ceiling..." Jimin snickered at the joke.

"No, really though."

"Jungkook..." Taehyung sighed, sitting up. Jimin immediately knew what it was about.

"Hey, I can ask him to stop if it's bothering you that much-"

"No, no, he seems happy..." Taehyung's voice cracked speaking. He fell for Jungkook hard, didn't he?

"Your expression says otherwise, Tae." Taehyung's expression looked pained and hurt.

"Well, it's fine. I'm not ready to confess or anything, anyway."

Jimin sighed, looking away. The rest of their hangout consisted of doing homework and talking about completely random things. Jimin was fine with that, but he wasn't okay with the fact that Taehyung was hurting. Even if Taehyung didn't want it, he was going to help.
