Haunted House?!

Cuphead's P.O.V

I walked towards Devil only for him to do the creepy head thing he does with literally taking off his head though he has a neck, I mean does he not mind the fact that he starts bleeding each time he does that?

He stared at me and I stared at him until he sighed and grabbed something and handed it to me. Once I saw what it was I looked at him in shock, confusion, and happiness. He saw my look and said "Just make sure you come to work and do things without a complaint tomorrow ok?"

I swiftly nodded and said ok and took down speeding towards Mug with massive speed only to find that he wasn't there. I looked around but didn't see him so instead I went to the nearest co worker and asked if they saw Mugs. When they said they didn't I was confused but started to get ready to go walking to the restroom to take off the maid outfit until what Pirouletta said came into my mind. 'You have to wear the outfit for the rest of the day' and the day isn't even over yet!

Why must I deal with this torture?! I suddenly had an idea, what if I just beg to take this off. That'd work right? I mean I'm already embarrassed and my dignity is already almost gone so why not get rid of the rest of it? Well at least I got all the pictures but isn't there supposed to be one more person involved in this? After a bit of thinking I remembered...Mr.Wheezy!

Where in the world is he? I was going to look around but then saw Dice looking my way as if saying 'get to work' so I quickly got some food that needed to be served to customers and started working. It was a couple minutes later that Dice told me I could go on brake. I looked at him confused, I just got on brake why would I need to go on brake I just started working?

Though I questioned it I went anyway since I didn't want to work in the first place. I started walking towards the brake room but the closer I got to it the more nervous I got for some reason. I shook it off thinking it was because I didn't see Mugs but he not likely is just copying the photos and video onto something.

Once I got to the door I opened it not expecting what was about to happen next. As soon as I opened the door I was pushed inside and a click was heard from the door. I immediately got up and tried slamming against the door only to find that it was locked. After a bit of trying to open the door I finally gave up and looked around the room noticing that it was all dark with an occasional red spot here and there. It was almost like a...haunted house.

I laughed out loud, were they trying to scare me? Hah! That's funny, fine they want me to scream? Oh I'll give them a scream. I smirked and walked forward barely noticing the note on the floor. It said...

"Dear Cuphead,

You may have noticed what the room looks like and what it resembles, well you are right that is what it is but not any haunted house this one is special so get ready."

I actually got a bit nervous at that and I flipped the card over checking the other side for something and I'm glad I did. It read...

"Oh yeah by the way Bendy and Boris are here too at our house or at least one of them is the other is somewhere in the house so try and find him though he's apart of this too.

I gulped at that, oh god one of them is here?! Oh no...why? I bet it's Bendy that's here, he knows how to be scary when he wants to be. It especially doesn't help that I literally reach to under his chin since he's taller that me. I started walking through the maze clutching the note for dear life.

It didn't take long for something to scare me seeing as I'm a big scaredy cat. (Hey where'd all that confidence go? 😏) I flinched a bit as a hand grabbed me out of no where. Next though I was in a hallway? The lights were flickering and there were no windows, I looked to see if I could go back but I couldn't it was all closed off so I kept walking but stuck to the walls tough it didn't do much.

Halfway through the hallway the lights all turned off and once they turned back on the were still dim and flickering but at the end of the hallway someone as pale as snow with gouged out eyeballs and blood splattered all on their clothes stood there. I froze and just stared and they stared back until they suddenly started screaming like a banshee and running towards me saying "Give me back my eyes!!!!".

I unfroze as soon as she started screaming and started screaming myself as soon as she started running to me. I started running as fast as I could and nearly tripped twice. After a while of running and her screaming she stopped screaming but was still chasing me saying "Give me back my eyes." in a raspy voice.

To my advantage I saw a door up ahead so that should get her off my tracks for a while. I ran putting the rest of my strength to get there as she started gaining up on me. Thankfully I made it to the door in time. As soon as I was in the room I slammed the door behind me and heard her walk past the door.

Once I thought she was out of ear shot I slid down the door and released a breath I didn't know I was holding. After catching my breath and getting myself together and nearly cried. There stood a hole bunch of clowns in a circle facing the other way with blood on the back of their outfits.

I held my breath and slowly stood up reaching for the door knob I grabbed and turned it. Unfortunately for me once I turned it it clicked, once that happened it seemed like all time stopped as I slowly turned around to see them standing there staring at me, all 5 of them.

When I looked at there hands I saw bats in them and they took a step forward. As soon as they did that I opened the door and ran as fast as I could. I could literally taste the adrenaline as I heard their laughs behind me. I used most of my energy running from that girl that now I'm a bit slower but that's not stopping me. Especially not when 1. Who knows what would happen to me if I get caught 2. They are literally my worst fear why would I let them get me?
