Quirk: Hellfire, like Dabi's fire it burns at high temperatures, but overusing it burns himself severely.

Growing up, Seiko was put to train very early on. He was verbally and some times physically abused by Dabi, constantly worked to the bone to become perfect. Shigaraki would constantly threaten Seiko if he were deemed useless. Seiko was afraid of the League members and refuses to leave purely out of fear. Therefore, he strives to be the "best villain" in hopes to finally be able to leave Dabi. As far as he knew, his mother abandoned him and Dabi. When he was younger he liked the idea of becoming a hero, but that was beat out of him.
