Chapter 23

"I'm kinda thankful I have a short but terrible mate! " he mocked her as she drove them to town using her car.

"You're just saying terrible cause I didn't agree to drive your car. "

"Okay so it was dusty!" He sarcastically replied.

"More than, you didn't had it clean for almost three years. "

"Alright, at least your car is comfy. Did your sugar daddy bought it? "

"No I bought it myself using his credit card with his wife!" She chuckled.

"Don't worry baby I can be your sugar daddy/boyfriend/mate/husband if you wanna do it now! " he grinned as she giggled.

"We'll see. " she grinned.

Maria parked the car as Cole opened his door afterwards and grabbed hold of his stick and Maria now accompanying him inside the large studio and locked the car.

They were greet by Harold, Cole's old music teacher and was mated to a werewolf woman from another pack name Betsy. She was only an omega and old so it'll be hard for her to distinguish of who's really Maria plus not everyone saw or know what the Queen of Vampires looks like after all.

Harold already had everything set up and all they were waiting was Cole's conduct and Maria. The script has been send over last night but still needs a bit of polish that's where Harold comes over.

By the end of the day they finished the recording and Maria going out the studio in a wide grin plastered in her face.

"Are you really that happy? "

"I get to sing!  And in a great crowd!  It wasn't really an audience but really it means a lot to me. And it's recorded! "

"I'm happy that my little mate is happy. " he smiled and she opened the car's door for him.

"Very happy. " she snickered and kiss his lips.

"I am making your dreams come true you know. Making you a singer, and I wanna be a composer or writer too so it's a win-win match for us! " he chuckled.

"I believe it is, I have a good boyfriend. " she smiled and quickly hopped into the driver's seat.

"Great boyfriend I will correct!  Plus Harold said it'll be out maybe a week or three days later. He said there's not really a huge thing fo adjust about your voice but the blending of music needs it much. You my little wolf has some killer notes! " he mocked.

"Oh so now I'm a wolf! " she snickered and tried to mimic wolf howls that made his wolf, Randy all bubbly and active in his mind.

Cole turned on the car's music after connecting it on Bluetooth and Maria grinned hearing her song and his.

"Our song. " he whispered.

"Mhmm.. " she smiled and sang along.

When they arrived back at the Manor she excuse herself for awhile saying she had other places to be since Basile texted her to meet and didn't want Cole to worry. It was early evening and Cole almost didn't let her leave the house but she told him it's urgent.

Thankfully Cole finally agreed and let her go but only for an hour.

"Hey I have class! " she snickered but it was a lie

"Alright, alright fine go on then. Leave me all alone in the dark corners in my room! " he sarcastically replied and rolled on his sheets to the corner.

"Hey I'll be back tomorrow morning, Okay. " she spoke and hugged him before giving him a good-bye kiss for awhile.

"Just be safe okay, Jesus Christ it's already late! "
