Thalia, looks on the side of the window to see her cousin, Nico cupping his ears with his hands and putting on an 'annoyed' and irritated face, because of the music that was playing in the car, uber. The car was very unusual, There was four seats in the middle of the car. Two we're in one side, and another 2 was in the other. Bianca sat in the passenger's seat in the front with Marcus. Thalia sat next to Nico, while Percy and Lance we're sitting next to each other.
"Come on Neeks, don't be boring!" Percy joked,
"First, Don't call me Neeks. Second, I'm not boring, I just don't like singing." Nico glared, while replying to his cousin. His dark brown eyes that are inverting to black turned back to the attention of the city noises. Minutes of silence passed around the uber, nobody said something to each other.
"Okay, if it's going to be this silent. Why bothering coming back?" Lance muttered, everybody attention went toward Percy's twin. "I was just joking, chill"
"That hurt." Percy looked down at his feet, What about he meant it? Percy asked himself. Lance patted Percy's shoulder for comfort.
"I will always be by you're side. I will not leave, unless another goddess or god throws me to another universe. I'm good" Percy looked at his twin, he had grown, Lance McClain-Jackson wasn't the little 16 year old anymore. He had grown into a 19 year-old today, and today only.
"Happy Birthday to you~ Happy Birthday to you~ Happy birthday, Happy birthday. Happy birthday to you!" The radio played, Bianca turned to the twins.
"Yay! our birthday song." Both Lance and Percy cheered, this time Nico was also singing Happy birthday with Thalia tagging along. The whole cab was a singing paradise, They sang until they had reached the Empire State Building.
"Thank you" Bianca gave him 20$ she had been given by Chiron, the 5 walked towards the main desk of the Building,
"So, May we go to the 600th floor?" Lance asked, showing his iconic grin as he asked.
"No such thing" The man answered, he didn't even make eye contact not realizing who he was talking to.
"Um, My name is Percy Jackson, this is my twin brother Lance McClain-Jackson, This is Thalia Grace, as well as Nico and Bianca Di-angelo" Percy smiled kindly as pointing to his brother and cousins, the manager looked up and turned Pale as an Hades child.
"C-Come right in.." He gave them passes for the elevator, and they all entered. The music was awful as always, the pleads for Apollo to change the music never worked. The Elevator was quite comfy, decorated by Aphrodite and Athena a mix that had surprised the demigods. As they left the elevator they had seen the minor gods and goddess walking and helping some immortals. They all waved at the demigods and some we're shocked when they see Lance and Bianca.
"Wow, there expression is priceless" Lance whispered toward Percy, they both chuckled and went toward we're their parents where. The gods we're talking about something that had seemed very serious, there expression had turned dark and cold, mostly Zeus and Hades, Hades was always dark so his expression is still the same? Percy looks at the throne between Zeus and Poseidon, 'Hera' Percy thought,
"Dad!" Both Bianca and Lance shouted, the gods we're still talking and not paying attention to there children.
"Dad!" They both shouted once more, but this time with a louder tone. The gods didn't notice, until Hestia looked down towards the demigods.
"Auntie Hestia!" Bianca ran toward her Aunt, who had hugged her very thightly. Lance was next earning a hard hug as well.
"I'm glad you guys are okay." Hestia smiled, warming both there heart.
"We need the gods attention, may you help?" Nico asked, Hestia nodded and made her hearth flames larger, the gods looked over to the goddess and spot the demigods.
"Lance!" Posiedon called,
"Bianca?" Hades transformed into his human size, showing his long silk hair that had represented as Loki the Norse god of Mischief. As well he wore a very formal attire, Poseidon as well shrink-ed down and hugged Lance.
"My son! Happy Birthday to you two!!" He then hugged both Lance and Percy tightly as a result from them to choke in the hugs, and gasp for air.
"Uncle P, I think they can't breath" Thalia held her hips and giggled, The other gods and goddess shrink-ed and welcomed the demigods, hugs we're toward mostly Bianca and Percy for missing about 2 years. Poseidon was still the outgoing god, the one who doesn't care for rules. He wears his Beach attire every day, knowing that they had to wear formal on that day.
"I missed you" Lance muttered to his father, Poseidon unexpectedly teared up.
"My two boys are growing up so fast" He snaps his fingers and tissues appear on his hand, he wipes his tears and then blows his nose, acting like the actors in a children show. "Happy Birthday~ To you~" There father sang as sounding like Mariah Carey Christmas song, 'All I want for Christmas is you'.
"Okay, Okay Pops. But, have you guys found anything about you know, Hera?" Percy asked, The gods shuffled uncomfortably,
"No, we haven't" Zeus replied his eyes we're dull and demanding, his electric blue eyes faded, and turned a dark shade of night. He walked toward the demigods, transforming into his human form. He did look different, and this had upset-ted Thalia. Yeah, he was rude and annoying all the time, but he was still her father. "We contacted all the Minor gods, immortals and even the nymphs! And, none of them had seen my wife. At this point, I think she might be even fading away." Artemis went toward him and comforted him,
"It's okay father. We will find her I promise." Apollo muttered, Apollo looked sincere, he never liked his father after Apollo was turned to human, but he had sure fogiven him.
"Then what where you guys discussing about? When we walked in you guys looked focus about a topic of some sort" Bianca cocked her head toward her father, the gods looked at each other and several of them nodded.
"This might be very annoying, and irritating. But," Athena stopped talking and looked at her father, he nodded as well as the other Olympian gods.
"There is going to be another war" That sentence had made the mighty hero Percy Jackson faint, as those words fell from her mouth.
"You got to be kidding me"
