Chapter 2

After school, you went to the convenient store for your part-time job your boss was there teaching you how to close the cashier

RIING the bell ring signifying a customer you and your boss looked up and so did you, you smiled and waved as it was Daniel he waved back

"Hey, are you still hiring for the night shift?" he asked the manager

"Oh hello-" the manager stood there staring at Daniel you tried to not laugh as you noticed that the manager is at awe.

"I could work all night...the signs on the door..." you noted that he looked slightly nervous.

you were anticipating the manager's answer.

"I've never worked at a convince store before..do you need a resume?" he rambled on.

"you're hired." the manager said

"...sorry?" said Daniel, you gave him a thumbs up from behind the counter.

"well.."

"can you start working right away?"

"um.."

"how much are you looking to earn?"

"that is"

"I'll give you the max"

"no, I mean not for me, for a friend of mine."

"what?" the manager said holding the uniform that you had on at the moment.

A FEW HOURS LATER

you got the hang of working the cashier the manager was with you he was waiting on Daniels friend. meanwhile, you were filling him in on Daniel.

"so yeah Daniel is a great guy he is the sweetest person you'll ever have contact with I am sure his friend needs the job and I am positive that his friend is as sweet as him. Daniel hangs out with good people." you were rambling on and on hoping he would hire daniel's friend.

"how do you know that guy?" the manager asked

"we are in the same school Jae won high school, we are also in the same department the fashion department."

RIIING the bell at the door chimed revealing short chubby boy.

"welcome! "you greet the customer with a smile

"hi!i am daniel's friend I am here for the night shift. I can start right away!" Daniels friend said (i didnt want to make it unfair and make the reader know daniels secrete I wanted it to be "authentic" comment what you think)

"You're the friend?" the manager grumbled

"yes" the boy replied

"what's your name?" you piped up with a smile trying to make him feel better

"uh my names also daniel park," he said

"what a coincidence! can I call you little Daniel?"

"sure I don't mind" he replied with a small smile on his face

"sorry but this won't work... I don't hire high schoolers" the manager said

"huh? But my friend said I can..."

before you could say that you're a high schooler the manager said

"come to think of it, students don't have a clue about the names of cigarette brands... so many brands to memorize.." the manager started to walk away

"Philip Morris, camel, k@@l, Marlboro red, D@nhil,@#%$, "little Daniel named all the brands. You were shocked. how does this guy know all of them... you thought.
