Chapter 19

        The glass from Dylan's hand slipped and shattered down the floor. He frowned when he felt like something stabbed his chest. Though it's gone before he can even think about it..still it's disturbing. He called a maid to clean the mess he accidentally made.

       Lumabas muna sya sa office para lumanghap ng sariwang hangin. Masyado syang stressed at pressured sa dami ng trabahong natambak sa kanya. And he bet Nico and the others purposely shove him those works.

       Patuloy lang syang naglakad hanggang sa marating ang bangin. He smiled as he remember Cassandra sitting bravely beside it. That moment when his control snapped out of his grasp and he deliberately kissed her until they both fell down the water. The water that time was freezing cold but he's holding Cassandra's hand and touching her makes him feel warm.

"Now, let's try to dive alone, Dylan Caleb," he muttered before jumping and facing the huge waves. He grinned like crazy...yes, the water without Cassandra really is ice cold. He swam deeper until a black chain of ball caught his attention. He looked closer until he can be able to touch it.

     Once his hand touched the metal ball, a huge current run through his veins...

His eyes widened when he saw Cassandra's body locked in the metal chain. But this is Cassandra with long curly hair.. her face masked with sadness and pain. She can't be the girl he just left in her kingdom. As he touched her image...she just vanished and blurred with water.

"tell me, what do you want?" Cassandra hissed..her temper almost burning up the castle.

"You know exactly what I want, Cassandra. I want your throne and your power. OH! I forgot, gusto ko din pala ng mukha mo. Remember, sinira mong mukha ko?"

"Well, I think mas bagay sayo yang mukha mo ngayon."

"Cassandra, Cassandra, Cassandra, I think you're not in the position to insult me. Now, remember your parents?"

Something struck her throat,"What about them?"

"I will do the same with your son.." then an evil bitch laugh followed.

             Cassandra sniffed as if the room lacks of oxygen. Kasama nya sa kwarto sina Felix, Garrett, Julian and Lucille. For now, sila lang ang mga taong pinagkakatiwalaan ni Cassandra.

            As Reden's ash presented to her, she can smell a faint scent of Stefan's blood. There, she knew..that Dycon's teacher conspired with the enemy. She closed her hand tightly around the ash and let it vanish. She tried so hard to not blame everyone...to not wipe all of them because right now her power's running wild.   But as her eyes blazed angrily around them...

Muling nagsalita sa kabilang linya si Neziah,"You still there, couz?"

"Ibalik mo ang anak ko," marin nyang wika.

"But with a twist.. Gusto ko, luluhod ka sa harap ng buong kaharian ng bampira, hihingi ng tawad at ibibigay sakin ang trono."

"Bitch..."she hissed.

Tumawa lang ito , "what? I can't hear your answer, Cassandra, please louder."

Cassandra took a deep breath, "Yes. I will do it. Just give me back my son, unharmed."

"I will. I will. Tomorrow will be our big day!!"

           She closed her eyes tightly as her tears threatened to fall.
