(Your POV.)

You hummed a sweet tone as you cut some vegetables. Teru has caught a cold and Kou had asked you to take of his older brother for him since he needed to go to school to which you happily agreed. You were a childhood friend of their's so they always asked you if they needed something. Stirring the pot of homemade soup you heard a distance sound. "Oh, he woke up." You mumbled as you stopped stirring the pot. You made your way towards his room and leaned your ear against the door. "Kou?" You hear him call out in a raspy voice.

You opened the door and gave the sick Teru a smile. "Hi Teru, Kou asked me to watch after you while he's at school!" You said softly. His dazed eyes focused on your form and he smiled. "Ah, okay. Do you mind getting me something to drink?" He asked in the raspy tone. You nodded and closed the door and made your way to the kitchen. You grabbed a bowl and poured some soup in it and poured a cup of ice cold water making sure not to spill any of it.

You opened the door one handed and quickly secured the tray and made your way to his bed. He had closed his eyes and face was a bright red. Touching his forehead you pulled away almost immediately. Placing the tray on his nightstand you leave to go get a wet rag to place on his forehead.

Once he left he opened his eyes before trying to sit up. He grunted and slumped back down on to his bed. You walked through the door way with a bowl of cold water and a rag in it only to see him glaring at the ceiling. "Teru, what are you doing?" You asked confused.
"Oh. . . Oh (y/n), I tried sitting up but couldn't." He croaked out. You frowned and placed down the bowl before grabbing him softly. You helped get into a sitting position and made sure he was comfy before handing him his glass of water. He gulped it down immediately and handed it back to you. "Thank you (y/n)," Teru said in a less scratchy tone.

"Are you hungry? I made some soup for you," you smiled sweetly at him. His stomach made a loud rumble and you gave a heartily laugh. His face turned a bit more red. You grabbed the bowl of soup and dipped the spoon in it quickly blowing on it. You put the spoon in front of his mouth and his face was a deep shade of scarlet. "What are you doing (y/n)?" He asked embarrassed.

"I'm going to spoon feed you! You said you couldn't sit up so I thought you wouldn't be able to hold the bowl of soup! I'm sorry if I embarrassed you Teru, I just didn't want you to accidentally spill it over you!" You rambled on embarrassed. He couldn't help but chuckle at your cuteness. He opened his mouth and you placed the spoon in it. You two continue this until all the soup was gone.
"All gone!" You cheered and placed the dishes on the tray. You got up and straighten your apron and reached for the tray. You froze in place when Teru said something.

"Can you stay with me until I fall asleep?"

Your face turned red and turned towards Teru. "Su. . . Sure. Just let me go place these in the kitchen and get you some medicine first." You stuttered out. He pouted but nodded and you walked out a blushing mess. You back with a cup of water, liquid medicine, and a spoon. You handed him the cup of water before making him drink the medicine. He quickly gulped down the water not liking the taste of it.

"Disgusting. . ." He mumbled as he got comfortable on his bed. You only laughed before sitting down on the bed. "Okay, now sleep. You need it to get better!" You chirped. He hummed before pulling you down to lay next to him. You became a stuttering mess and red face as he got comfortable. He chuckled as he practically spooned you. You just laid there and excepted the fact that he isn't going to let go. You started drifting off to sleep when Teru mumbled something.

"I love you. . ."

~Bonus ending~

Kou quietly crept into the house and towards his brother's room. Snickering he cracked opened the door and peered in. He saw you two asleep in one another's arms. Quietly closing the door he silently celebrated. "Yes! Yes! Soon they'll be dating!" He fanboyed quietly as his ship is becoming real.

I really wanted to write that bonus ending because that seemed hilarious to me lol
